National Defense Authorization Act Bill-Will it Target Americans

There have been numerous reports going around the internet about this bill, that is believed to be headed for a vote today in the US Senate.

The bills section 1031 is in controversy, many who believe that the US Military is giving broad authorization to "pick up and imprison without charge or trial civilians anywhere in the world. The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any battlefield, even within the United States itself,” writes Chris Anders of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office.

The bills main intention is to authorize the US military to arrest and detain indefinitely, without charge or trial, foreign terrorist and their affiliates. Something that ACLU has been trying to do away with for 6 years now, by demanding the closing of Gitmo and bringing those enemy combatants to the US, to stand trial in a US Criminal court, which that move would give them constitutional protections.

Prison Planet.com did a piece on this a few days ago, and since then, skeptics have been claiming that it's not true.
So a few days later, InfoWars did piece on section 1032 (By Alex Jones, mind you) to quite the skeptics, by quoting Congressman Justin Amash, and that his claim to the language is “carefully crafted to mislead the public”. According to Congressman Amash "that it does not preclude U.S. citizens from being detained indefinitely, without charge or trial, it simply makes such detention discretionary,”
Here is section 1032 which shows :

SEC. 1032. REQUIREMENT FOR MILITARY CUSTODY.

4 (a) CUSTODY PENDING DISPOSITION UNDER LAW OF WAR.—
(1) IN GENERAL.—Except as provided in paragraph(4), the Armed Forces of the United States shall hold a person described in paragraph (2) who is captured in the course of hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107–40) in military custody pending disposition under the law of war.
(2) COVERED PERSONS.—The requirement in paragraph (1) shall apply to any person whose detention is authorized under section 1031 (see this below) who is determined—
(A) to be a member of, or part of, al- Qaeda or an associated force that acts in coordination with or pursuant to the direction of al-Qaeda; and
(B) to have participated in the course of planning or carrying out an attack or attempted attack against the United States or its coalition partners.
(3) DISPOSITION UNDER LAW OF WAR.—For purposes of this subsection, the disposition of a person under the law of war has the meaning given in section 1031(c) (see this below) , except that no transfer otherwise described in paragraph (4) of that section shall be made unless consistent with the requirements of section 1033.
(4) WAIVER FOR NATIONAL SECURITY.—The Secretary of Defense may, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Director of National Intelligence, waive the requirement of paragraph (1) if the Secretary submits to Congress a certification in writing that such a waiver is in the national security interests of the United States. (b)
APPLICABILITY TO UNITED STATES CITIZENS AND LAWFUL RESIDENT ALIENS.—
(1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS.—The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.
(2) LAWFUL RESIDENT ALIENS.—The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to a lawful resident alien of the United States on the basis of conduct taking place within the United States, States except to the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United.
Now, based on the use of the word "requirement" this section cannot be construde to be "discretionary"

Next-
I present you the wording of Section 1031 National Defense Authorization Act Bill(PDF) and my opinion that the current language of the bill does NOT authorize the US Military to capture and detain American citizens, as claimed by Senator Udall, Rand Paul, Prison Plant and most importantly, the LIBERAL A.C.L.U.! (Bold keywords)

Subtitle D—Detainee Matters

SEC. 1031. AFFIRMATION OF AUTHORITY OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES TO DETAIN COVERED PERSONS PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF MILITARY FORCE.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Congress affirms that the authority of the President to use all necessary and appropriate force pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107–40) includes the authority for the Armed Forces of the United States to detain covered persons (as defined in subsection (b)) pending disposition under the law of war.

(b) COVERED PERSONS.—A covered person under this section is any person as follows:

(1) A person who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored those responsible for those attacks.

(2) A person who was a part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners, including any person  who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy  forces.
(c) DISPOSITION UNDER LAW OF WAR.—The disposition of a person under the law of war as described in subsection (a) may include the following:
(1) Detention under the law of war without trial until the end of the hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force.

(2) Trial under chapter 47A of title 10, United States Code (as amended by the Military Commissions Act of 2009 (title XVIII of Public Law 111–84)).

(3) Transfer for trial by an alternative court or competent tribunal having lawful jurisdiction.
(4) Transfer to the custody or control of the person’s country of origin, any other foreign country, or any other foreign entity.
(d) CONSTRUCTION.—Nothing in this section is intended to limit or expand the authority of the President or the scope of the Authorization for Use of Military Force.

So, as this clearly states, a covered person is 'Defined' in section 1031 as A person who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored those responsible for those attacks AND A person who was a part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners, including any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.

But then we have Senator Mark Udall, who proposes an amendment (1107) to this bill that would strike subtitle D(see above) and insert this. (h/t to Scott) Effectively removing the definitions of covered persons.
Why would he do that?

The ACLU has its agenda, and that is to give foreign enemy combatants a day in US court and NOT be held indefinitely as long as hostilities persist, as it so says in the Geneva Convention.
They have raised the flag, but the flag has a Skull & Crossbones on it.

Cornel West Suggest Civil Disobedience

Cornel West, a prominent member of the Democratic Socialists of America, goes on MSNBC and suggests civil disobedience by OWS against America, on LBJ's old war on poverty theme.

Solving poverty issues doesn't start with civil disobedience, you nappy headed Socialist!

It's the same old, tired call by radical leftist that it's corporate greed, it's military action, its the banks, blah, blah, blah.

Cornel needs to get a clue.
In their twisted minds corporate profits are greed.

The left has, once again, hijacked the debate that it's private enterprise that's the problem.
When in fact it's government threats of regulation and higher taxes, along with rampant spending at the federal level and banks making it almost impossible to get business loans thanks to government regulations, that have forced business to hold on to what profits they have, as a nest egg, in case there is another downturn in our economy. And by all indications another recession is in our midst.
Civil uprising was the call of the Bolsheviks in Russia.
Seems Cornel West wants to repeat history, here.

Occupiers Obstructing Capitalism

This has NOTHING to do with the 1st amendment. This is an attempt to block people from moving about of their own free will!!
Its time us normal people take matters into our own hands.
Occupy Oakland protesters blocking access to Apple store. One guy got in, but it almost started a brawl.
I hope I run in to these assholes, while I am trying to 'Occupy' a store to make my Christmas purchases.
This is an enfrigment of our rights to move around freely and spend OUR money as we see fit.
Occupy a shower.
Occupy a bath.
Occupy a jail cell.

Be Thankful of Lessons Learned in History

The following article was written by John Stossel at Fox News and gives us a history lesson of how the Pilgrims tried and rejected what can be one of the first attempts at socialism, collectivism, and how even the European settlers eventually rejected it as a system towards prosperity.

Hope you enjoy it on this day of giving thanks for what we still have.

Happy Thanksgiving to you ALL!

Had today's political class been in power in 1623, tomorrow's holiday would have been called "Starvation Day" instead of Thanksgiving. Of course, most of us wouldn't be alive to celebrate it.

Every year around this time, schoolchildren are taught about that wonderful day when Pilgrims and Native Americans shared the fruits of the harvest. But the first Thanksgiving in 1623 almost didn't happen.
Long before the failure of modern socialism, the earliest European settlers gave us a dramatic demonstration of the fatal flaws of collectivism. Unfortunately, few Americans today know it.

The Pilgrims at Plymouth Colony organized their farm economy along communal lines. The goal was to share the work and produce equally.
That's why they nearly all starved.

When people can get the same return with less effort, most people make less effort. Plymouth settlers faked illness rather than working the common property. Some even stole, despite their Puritan convictions. Total production was too meager to support the population, and famine resulted. This went on for two years.
"So as it well appeared that famine must still ensue the next year also, if not some way prevented," wrote Gov. William Bradford in his diary. The colonists, he said, "began to think how they might raise as much corn as they could, and obtain a better crop than they had done, that they might not still thus languish in misery. At length after much debate of things, [I] [with the advice of the chiefest among them] gave way that they should set corn every man for his own particular, and in that regard trust to themselves. And so assigned to every family a parcel of land."

In other words, the people of Plymouth moved from socialism to private farming. The results were dramatic.
"This had very good success," Bradford wrote, "for it made all hands very industrious, so as much more corn was planted than otherwise would have been. By this time harvest was come, and instead of famine, now God gave them plenty, and the face of things was changed, to the rejoicing of the hearts of many."

Because of the change, the first Thanksgiving could be held in November 1623.
What Plymouth suffered under communalism was what economists today call the tragedy of the commons. The problem has been known since ancient Greece. As Aristotle noted, "That which is common to the greatest number has the least care bestowed upon it."
If individuals can take from a common pot regardless of how much they put in it, each person has an incentive to be a free-rider, to do as little as possible and take as much as possible because what one fails to take will be taken by someone else. Soon, the pot is empty.

What private property does -- as the Pilgrims discovered -- is connect effort to reward, creating an incentive for people to produce far more. Then, if there's a free market, people will trade their surpluses to others for the things they lack. Mutual exchange for mutual benefit makes the community richer.

Here's the biggest irony of all: The U.S. government has yet to apply the lesson to its first conquest, Native Americans.
The U.S. government has held most Indian land in trust since the 19th century. This discourages initiative and risk-taking because, among other reasons, it can't be used as collateral for loans.

On Indian reservations, "private land is 40 to 90 percent more productive than land owned through the Bureau of Indian Affairs," says economist Terry Anderson, executive director of PERC. "If you drive through western reservations, you will see on one side cultivated fields, irrigation, and on the other side, overgrazed pasture, run-down pastures and homes. One is a simple commons; the other side is private property. You have Indians on both sides. The important thing is someone owns one side."

Secure property rights are the key. When producers know their future products are safe from confiscation, they take risks and invest. But when they fear they will be deprived of the fruits of their labor, they will do as little as possible.
That's the lost lesson of Thanksgiving.

Childs Play P2

As posted November 21, 2011, a video surfaced showing two "underaged children" signing a petition to recall Governor Scott Walker.

Local Fox 6 station in Milwaukee did a report refuting one of the signers as someone, who the Wisconsin DNC "claims" is of age,
That being 22 years old.
And that Fox 6 has viewed this information to backup the DNC claim.... But refused to prove it.

What's more important and very obvious is twofold.
1. Did the RNC verify this information? Fox 6 makes no such statement.
2. Did the DNC verify the age of the OTHER person in the video?

Now mind you, the original video now has been removed from my earlier post. Why is that?
Did the You Tube poster get threats?

In this blogger years of raising two children myself, these two look to be of the age of 10 and 12 years old.

Until Fox 6, and the Wisconsin DNC shows proof, and the Wisconsin RNC verifies this, it can only be plainly obvious that these TWO ARE underage.

Recall Governor Walker is Childs Play

As the effort is underway in Wisconsin to recall Scott Walker, petitioners decided to head off to Occupy Milwaukee to collect signatures. They figured they could probably get plenty of them there to sign.

However, they made the decision to stack the deck, by collecting signatures from underage children, and buy their signatures from them with cigarettes.

Watch, and at the 1:13 mark you'll hear one of the petitioners say 'This is to recall Scott Walker'

After I came across this video, I took the link and decided to post it on Scoot Walkers Facebook page.
Which prompted a Walker haters/Occupy Milwaukee fleabagger to slam my Defenders of Prosperity Facebook page with a barrage of comments un-related to the my post of the video on my page.

And then after removing the comments that were laced with profanity, I got this barrage of comments:

It didn't stop for quite some time.
None the less, this guy doesn't have an account with Facebook anymore.

Defenders of Prosperity Fact Checks Fact Check.Org

The so called Guru of fact finding, Fact Check.org, a project of the liberal  Annenberg Public Policy Center (APPC) Has posted a "fact check" claim that Presidential candidates Mitt Romney and Rick Perry where wrong about Obama comment saying "We’ve been a little bit lazy I think over the last couple of decades" that was just made recently.

So I will show you where "Fact Check" got this wrong.

First, what Obama has said that stirred Romney and Perry recent ad and comments.

Nov 12, 2011-Obama -
"Well, this is an issue, generally. I think it’s important to remember that the United States is still the largest recipient of foreign investment in the world. And there are a lot of things that make foreign investors see the U.S. as a great opportunity — our stability, our openness, our innovative free market culture. -->"But we’ve been a little bit lazy, I think, over the last couple of decades.<-- We’ve kind of taken for granted — well, people will want to come here and we aren’t out there hungry, selling America and trying to attract new business into America. "
Oct 26, 2011-Obama
We used to have the best stuff. Anybody been to Beijing Airport lately? Or driven on high-speed rail in Asia or Europe? What’s changed? Well, -->we’ve lost our ambition, our imagination, and our willingness to do the things that built the Golden Gate Bridge and Hoover Dam and unleashed all the potential in this country

 Sept 29, 2011-Obama
And that’s why making sure that we’re revamping our education system, making sure we’ve got world class infrastructure, investing in basic science, research and technology, making sure that we are moving manufacturing back to the United States, and that we are being tough with our trading partners — making sure that they’re not taking advantage of us. There are a lot of things we can do.
The way I think about it is,--> this is a great, great country that had gotten a little soft and we didn’t have that same competitive edge that we needed over the last couple of decades.<-- We need to get back on track.

Now we turn to what Perry and Romney have said about the Presidents remarks.

Perry, Nov. 15: In recent weeks our president has taken to pointing the finger of blame instead of taking responsibility. He has called us soft and lazy, and he has said Americans lack ambition and imagination.
Mr. President, Americans aren’t soft or lazy, and Americans do not lack ambition or imagination, Washington has failed us.

Romney, Nov. 15: Sometimes, I just don’t think that President Obama understands America. I say that because this week — or was it last week? — he said that Americans are lazy. I don’t think that describes America. Before that, I think it was in October, he was saying we have lost our inventiveness, and our ambition. Before that he was saying other disparaging things about Americans. I just don’t think he understands — he was saying we just weren’t working hard enough. I don’t think he gets what’s happening in this country.
OK so now that we have got the quotes out of the way, lets take a look at how "Fact Check" needs to check their facts.

Their claim is this:

Republican presidential candidates Rick Perry and Mitt Romney both claim President Barack Obama said that “Americans are lazy.” He didn’t. To the contrary, Obama has consistently and repeatedly praised American workers as the “most productive in the world,” a bit of boosterism he has repeated dozens of times. His recent words — “we’ve been a little bit lazy, I think, over the last couple of decades” — actually referred to collective efforts to promote foreign investment in the U.S., and not to American workers or voters as individuals.
Obama didn’t call you lazy. He said the U.S. has gotten lazy about promoting and attracting new business to America. In fact, he called you “outstanding U.S. workers.”

So in this very speech, he calls Americans the “best workers in the world.” In fact, we did a word search on “most productive workers” on the White House website and found Obama has used that phrase to describe American workers in 26 different speeches. In those speeches and others, he calls Americans “innovative,” “dynamic” and “hard-working.”

We could go on, but we think you get the idea.
YEP, they can go on, but no matter how much they would go on about it, they would STILL be flat out WRONG.

NOW here comes MY fact check.
And I can sum it up in one word... "WORKERS"

Fact Check. Org throws the word "WORKERS" in to the mix, FIVE TIMES!

WHEN in "FACT" Perry, NOR Romney EVER SAID, nor CLAIMED Obama was referring to WORKERS!
Go back and look for yourselves. The exact quotes are above for you to re-read it.

Stuff that in your pipe and smoke it, APPC!

OWS- US Day of Rage

Today is being billed as one of the biggest days in NY, and around the world, for OWS to move from the parks to the streets and call for THEIR march and revolution against capitalism.
This is their two month anniversary, if you didn't know.

According to the Occupy Wall Street website, this thing start at 7:00am (by now it's happening):
Enough of this economy that exploits and divides us. It's time we put an end to Wall Street's reign of terror and begin building an economy that works for all. We will gather in Liberty Square at 7:00 a.m., before the ring of the Trading Floor Bell, to prepare to confront Wall Street with the stories of people on the frontlines of economic injustice. There, before the Stock Exchange, we will exchange stories rather than stocks.

Lets see if it's stories they will share. Or will it get violent, as it has been.

Next:

We will start by Occupying Our Blocks! Then throughout the five boroughs, we will gather at 16 central subway hubs and take our own stories to the trains, using the "People's Mic".
  • Bronx
    • Fordham Rd
    • 3rd Ave, 138th Street
    • 163rd and Southern Blvd
    • 161st and River - Yankee Stadium
  • Brooklyn
    • Broadway Junction
    • Borough Hall
    • 301 Grove Street
    • St Jose Patron Church,185 Suydam St, Bushwick
  • Queens
    • Jackson Heights/Roosevelt Ave.
    • Jamaica Center/Parsons/Archer
    • 92-10 Roosevelt Avenue, Jackson Heights
  • Manhattan
    • 125th St. A,B,C,D
    • Union Sq. (Mass student strike)
    • 23rd St and 8th Ave
  • Staten Island
    • St. George, Staten Island Ferry Terminal
    • 479 Port Richmond Avenue, Port Richmond

Finally:
At 5 pm, tens of thousands of people will gather at Foley Square (just across from City Hall) in solidarity with -->laborers<-- (aka UNIONS) demanding jobs to rebuild this country's infrastructure and economy.
Afterwards we will march to our bridges. Let's make it as musical a march as possible - bring your songs, your voice, your spirit! Our "Musical" on the bridge will culminate in a festival of light as we mark the two-month anniversary of the #occupy movement, and our commitment to shining light into our broken economic and political system.
Resist austerity. Rebuild the economy. Reclaim our democracy.

Other places around the world that are schedule similar protests are Spain, Belgium and Germany.

Most importantly is their message, below, their campaign poster, notice at the bottom "Brought to you by your anti-capitalism bloc"
Please don't tell me that these people believe in Democracy, for Democracy doesn't work without some form of Capitalism.

FUCK'EM ALL

BREAKING NEWS

From AP:

Secret Service says bullet hit White House

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Secret Service says a bullet hit an exterior window of the White House and was stopped by ballistic glass.
An additional round of ammunition was also found on the exterior of the White House. The bullets were found Tuesday.
The discovery follows reports of gunfire near the White House on Friday. Witnesses heard shots and saw two speeding vehicles in the area. An AK-47 rifle was also recovered.
The Secret Service says it has not conclusively connected Friday's incident with the bullets found on the White House grounds. U.S. Park Police have an arrest warrant out for Oscar Ortega-Hernandez, who is believed to be connected to the earlier incident.
Now I wonder if the MSM loons will blame this on a conservative, even though the guy looks like he came right from an Occupy Wall Street encampment.

Ron Paul Supporters- Hardcore Dedication-ist

Ron Paul supporter are truly individuals who share common intent of voting for no GOP candidate other than Ron Paul.  OK that is understandable... in the primaries.

However, they say, if Ron Paul is not to be the Republican nominee, their sincere hope is that Congressman Paul would then run as a 3rd Party candidate, even if it meant splitting some of the Republican vote.
Such a scenario would greatly enhance Barack Obama’s chances of being re-elected in 2012, as history as proven from the Bush Sr/Bill Clinton/Ross Perot presidential election, but they hold firm to their apparent conviction that Ron Paul, and Ron Paul alone, represents the best interests of American conservatism.

While I admire their dedication of his political convictions, the attitude leaves me with questions of the true intent of someone professing to be a conservative but at the same time expressing willingness to allow perhaps the most leftist Big Government liberal to ever occupy the White House another four years.

Ron Paul himself gave a recent and quite clear indication he would not consider running as a 3rd party candidate.  Congressman Paul awareness that to do so would quite possibly result in Barack Obama being a two-term president. A scenario it seems Mr. Paul is unwilling to participate in. But so many of his own supporters have indicated their strong conviction to do just that- Run on a 3rd ticket.
Many Paul supporters have expressed to me that if he is not the nominee and doesn't run on a 3 party candidacy, they will sit out the 2012 elections.

Are his supporters aware there is ongoing discussion within the Libertarian movement of whether or not Mr. Paul is seen as one of the big Government liberals when it comes to foreign policy support for gay marriage and drug legalization. As well as supporting state-approved abortions??

Granted, each of these issues are, through the prism of Ron Paul’s views, are state rights issues, and so still earns him a smaller federal government street credential, but the fact he supports such seemingly anti-conservative values should give at least some Ron Paul supporters pause.

Paul wishes to see homosexuals openly serving in the United States military. Paul supports the legalization of almost all forms of pornography and prostitution.  Ron Paul places no value in God and faith within the context of society’s morals, yet on his own website he then gives a strong declaration of personal faith in Jesus Christ and America’s “God-given rights”.

Would Ron Paul supporters rather see Barack Obama win a second term as President of the United States than say, Herman Cain, or Newt Gingrich or Mitt Romney?
And if so, is it quite possible that some within the Ron Paul camp are in fact, Obama operatives pushing for that very scenario?

Finally, please note that I am a supporter of many of Ron Paul’s domestic policy ideas and am pleased to see him helping to focus the national conversation on the subjects of limited government and fiscal responsibility.  I would gladly vote for him for president over Barack Obama. I do not consider Congressman Paul to be the ideal candidate. Far from it!
But would it be to much to simply ask Ron Paul followers to do the same if he is not the nominee?

Who's Lying, Who's Honest

During Herman Cain's press conference on the allocation of sexual harassment charges, a question was asked by a CBS reporter if Cain would be willing to take a lie detector test to see if he was lying or not.

Now, at that point I busted out laughing. It just figures. The left leaning MSM asks this question of Cain, when no such question was asked of Sharon Bialek, his accuser.
It was at that point I knew the liberal media didn't buy what Herman Cain was telling them.

But Cain, without  missing a beat said yes he would be willing (which I am sure that reporter got pushed back in his chair by the quick reply)

So a local CBS affiliate in Atlanta discovered that a local PI has a $15K piece of software to detect lies by voice recognition, and according to the reporter, this software is used by law enforcement and that Cain was not lying.

But guess who was?

Gold Digger- Cain Accuser Makes Living With Lawsuits

Well it appears that the Cain accuser #1 has a history of filling sexual harassment lawsuits.

From The Associated Press:

WASHINGTON (AP) — A woman who settled a sexual harassment complaint against GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain in 1999 complained three years later at her next job about unfair treatment, saying she should be allowed to work from home after a serious car accident and accusing a manager of circulating a sexually charged email, The Associated Press has learned.

Karen Kraushaar, 55, filed the complaint while working as a spokeswoman at the Immigration and Naturalization Service in the Justice Department in late 2002 or early 2003, with the assistance of her lawyer, Joel Bennett, who also handled her earlier sexual harassment complaint against Cain in 1999. Three former supervisors familiar with Kraushaar's complaint, which did not include a claim of sexual harassment, described it for the AP under condition of anonymity because the matter was handled internally by the agency and was not public.

To settle the complaint at the immigration service, Kraushaar initially demanded thousands of dollars in payment, a reinstatement of leave she used after the accident earlier in 2002, promotion on the federal pay scale and a one-year fellowship to Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, according to a former supervisor familiar with the complaint. The promotion itself would have increased her annual salary between $12,000 and $16,000, according to salary tables in 2002 from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

Kraushaar told the AP she considered her employment complaint "relatively minor" and she later dropped it.

"The concern was that there may have been discrimination on the job and that I was being treated unfairly," Kraushaar said.

Kraushaar said Tuesday she did not remember details about the complaint and did not remember asking for a payment, a promotion or a Harvard fellowship. Bennett, her lawyer, declined to discuss the case with the AP, saying he considered it confidential. Kraushaar left her job at the immigration service after dropping the complaint in 2003, and she went to work at the Treasury Department.

OK then. She doesn't remember details of the complaint of 8 years ago, but she remembers the details of the complaint of 12 years ago???

COME ON! This whole thing has been orchestrated from the get go, folks!

Sharon Bialek paid undisclosed $$, Maybe!

Divided State Website has posted an article about Sharon Bialek, that same Bialek who came forward today to make an accusation of sexual harassment claims of Herman Cain.

Will be waiting for the update when it arises.
Who can turn down $5M+ put in an offshore bank account is someone else’s name to lie about sexual advancements made by Herman Cain? Sharon Bialek, a Chicago Liberal and possible agent of the Obama campaign, has been accused of making false accusations against Herman Cain for sexual harassment. But Sharon Bialek's case may begin becoming unglued when a private investigator, who has requested to remain anonymous until such a time when she will present empirical evidence proving that Bialek is a paid liar set up by Democrat operatives to destroy Cain campaign.

The source also confirms that agents of ah Democrat party also plan to launch the same against Romney.
Herman Cain’s campaign sent out the following statement:
Herman Cain’s campaign just e-mailed us a statement.

Just as the country finally begins to refocus on our crippling $15 trillion national debt and the unacceptably high unemployment rate, now activist celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred is bringing forth more false accusations against the character of Republican front-runner Herman Cain.
All allegations of harassment against Mr. Cain are completely false. Mr. Cain has never harassed anyone. Fortunately the American people will not allow Mr. Cain’s bold “9-9-9 Plan”, clear foreign policy vision and plans for energy independence to be overshadowed by these bogus attacks
A fourth woman said Monday that presidential candidate Herman Cain engaged in sexually inappropriate behavior with her more than decade ago, though Cain was not her supervisor at the time.
Sharon Bialek, is the first woman to publicly accuse Cain of inappropriate behavior, Bialek is claiming that Cain made sexual advances towards her in 1997, claiming he put his hand under her skirt and pushed her head toward his crotch after a they had dinner together. Bialek claimed also that Cain backed away after she asked him to stop.
Bialek acted out her scene today at a press conference trying to muster up her best dramatic performance saying “I want you to come clean, Mr. Cain,” which wasn’t very convincing as she appeared in a New York City press conference at the Friars Club with her Celebrity attorney, Gloria Allred, who ONLY takes these kinds of cases. Gloria is a vulture and if I through a dress on and claimed any Conservative or Republican made a sexual advance or abusive gesture towards me, I could get her to represent me pro bono. Allred is laughingly known for her sly media savvy and for preying on women who have she convinced to launch legal suits against the rich and powerful. Especially if these rich and powerful are NOT Liberals or Democrats. I wonder why Allred didnt chase down the massage therapist who claimed Al Gore made sexual advancements.

ACORN Scrambles To Hide Evidence

Reports out that Acorn (formally known as) is rapidly destroying or purging their NY office of evidence after a FoxNews.com report shows their heavy involvement in the Occupy Wall Street Protest.

From Fox News

Officials with the revamped ACORN office in New York -- operating as New York Communities for Change -- have fired staff, shredded reams of documents and told workers to blame disgruntled ex-employees for leaking information in an effort to explain away a FoxNews.com report last week on the group’s involvement in Occupy Wall Street protests, according to sources.

NYCC also is installing surveillance cameras and recording devices at its Brooklyn offices, removing or packing away supplies bearing the name ACORN and handing out photos of Fox News staff with a stern warning not to talk to the media, the sources said.

NYCC Executive Director Jon Kest has been calling a series of emergency meetings to discuss last week’s report—and taking extreme measures to identify the sources in their office and to prevent further damage, a source within NYCC told FoxNews.com.

Two staffers were fired after NYCC officials suspected them as the source of the leaks, a source told FoxNews.com. “One was fired the day the story came out, the other was fired on Friday. (NYCC senior staff) told everyone that they were fired because they talked to you,” a source said.

FoxNews.com’s report identified NYCC as a key organizing force behind the Occupy Wall Street protests. Sources within the group also told FoxNews.com NYCC was hiring people to carry signs and join the protests. A source said that immediately following publication of the FoxNews.com report staff were called into the Brooklyn office for meetings headed by NYCC’s organizing director, Jonathan Westin. Westin handed out copies of the article and went through it line-by-line, the source said.

Staffers were also given copies of photos of Senior Fox News Correspondent Eric Shawn and three other Fox News staff members, including this reporter.

“They reminded us that we can get fired, sued, arrested for talking to the press,” the source said. “Then they went through the article point-by-point and said that the allegation that we pay people to protest isn’t true.”

“‘That’s the story that we’re sticking to,’” Westin said, according to the source.

The source said staffers at the meeting contested Westin’s denial:
“It was pretty funny. Jonathan told staff they don’t pay for protesters, but the people in the meeting who work there objected and said, ‘Wait, you pay us to go to the protests every day?’ Then Jonathan said
‘No, but that’s your job,’ and staffers were like, ‘Yeah, our job is to protest,’ and Westin said, ‘No your job is to fight for economic and social justice. We just send you to protest.’
“Staff said, ‘Yes, you pay us to carry signs.’ Then Jonathan says, ‘That’s your job.’ It went on like that back and forth for a while.”

Dig Deep in the Trash Can- The Perry Agenda

Today, Mark Block, Herman Cain's chief of staff, went on Special Report with Bret Baier.

Mr Block let be known that the Rick Perry Campaign is behind the smear campaign to fester Herman Cain and his sergeancy in the poll.

And based on what he has brought forth, it's quite believable.

If Rick Perry is behind this and he becomes the Republican nominee, I will NOT vote for Perry, period.
As far as I am concerned, he would be a blank space on the ballot.
I will write in my choice and let the chips fall where they may.
