Ma Nanny lays claim that the house Republican House Oversight Committee's action to hold Eric Holder in Contempt of Congress to "under mind the person who is assigned to stop voter suppression.”

Yep, that's right. I didn't type that wrong, either....

Holder in Contempt of Congress Citation Approved

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has approved a resolution holding Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress.

The measure now goes to the full House.

This after Obama today asserted Executive Privilege to congress, saying that the Justice Dept. does not have to comply with the Oversight Committee request for documentation, from Holder, for the Fast and Furious/gunrunner operation that got Brian Terry kill.

The announcement touched off a heated debate on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that lasted into the afternoon, as Democrats accused Issa of prosecuting a "political witch hunt"

Witch hunt? You've got to wonder why the left would ignore that this committee wants answers to why American guns got in to the hands of the Mexican Drug cartel and ended up killing Patrolman Terry. It's got NOTHING to do with political witch hunt. Terry Parents want ANSWERS! They deserve one.

Darrel Issa fire back at the Democrats by saying "This untimely assertion by the Justice Department falls short of any reason to delay today's proceedings,"

Republicans have more than enough votes in the house to pass the contempt of Congress.

Where is the US Justice Dept

In a recorded conference call, the New Black Panther Party has called for Race War… to Burn Florida…. Blood Shed….Kill Crackers… Honkies… Revolution… The Red Sea, kill Blond hair blue eyed, sometime brown hair… to destroy and starve Capitalism, to complete the removal of Capitalism, and want Capitalism removed from the minds, especially from the minds of black people.

Thats some pretty bold talk!
What federal laws have they broken? 

Here are just a few that come to mind:

-The 1964 Federal Civil Rights Law, 18 U.S.C. § 245(b)(2), permits federal prosecution of anyone who "willingly injures, intimidates or interferes with another person, or attempts to do so, by force because of the other person's race, color, religion or national origin, because of the victim's attempt to engage in one of six types of federally protected activities, such as attending school, patronizing a public place/facility, applying for employment, acting as a juror in a state court or voting."

-Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994- Public Law #103-322A, a 1994 federal law, defines a hate crime as: "a crime in which the defendant intentionally selects a victim, or in the case of a property crime, the property that is the object of the crime, because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, or sexual orientation of any person."

Eric Holder, do your God Damn Job and charge these morons!

Or could there be another reason for the inaction by the US Justice Dept?

People, this has got nothing, NOTHING to do with ‘justice for Trayvon.‘

No, none what-so-ever.

This is the match, that MSM has struck with their irresponsible reporting, to incite and inflame the passion in people against the rest of us who don’t look like Trayvon.

And these people mean it.

But worse than that, they are using the Martin/Zimmerman incident as an excuse to wage war against Capitalism.

It’s no wonder Obama’s HJS (Holder Justice System) is doing nothing to bring these criminals to justice.

Is Justice Blind, or is it Just the US Justice Dept That Is

As the Zimmerman/Martin investigation moves along to try and determine what took place on Feb 26th, 2012, the calls to the Federal Justice Dept to get involved are growing.

This case however, is a state matter at this point, since the local jurisdiction has stepped aside to let the Florida State Attorney Generals office handle this investigation. And I am hoping it remains that way, no matter how the investigation turns out.

However, there is a matter that the United States Justice dept can pursue, in tandem with the State Attorney office on another, and equally important crime.... And that is the fact that The New Black Panther Party has violated Federal law, by crossing state line, from Georgia to Florida, to solicit kidnapping of Zimmerman.
On top of this, the State of Florida justice dept can bring state charges upon the NBPP for nearly the same charge, solicit kidnapping with in it's statelines.

All this has been brought to light by J. Christian Adams, former justice dept attorney. 

But based on the Justice Dept and Eric Holders track record on the NBPP's clear violation of federal law (voter intimidation), it would be a safe bet nothing will be done with this vigilantist, militant group of renegades.

DOJ Attack on Sheriff Joe Getting ICEd

Something most of you already know, that the Obama Administration and Eric Holder DOJ efforts began, in March of 2009, to probe in to shutting down Sheriff Joe Arpaio sworn duty to uphold the laws of the United States.

The 'results' (in their words) of which they released last week - accusing Arpaio of 'racial profiling', 'civil rights violations' and 'unconstitutional policing'.

But this article, from back in Sept of 2010 shows that ICE had given Sheriff Joe a raving review of his effort to combat illegal immigration and as far as ICE was concerned, the probe from Obama's DOJ was all politically motivated.

Eric Holder and the Obama Administration are applying the full weight of the federal government’s resources into trying to stop the new Arizona immigration law, but that’s only one of the multi-front attacks they’ve setup to make sure states are stripped of their ability to enforce U.S. immigration laws. Now the DOJ is suing the most active and largest sheriff’s office in Arizona (Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s office has 189 officers) by extending an investigation into alleged civil rights violations.

The DOJ informed sheriff Arpaio that a probe was underway to investigate what the DOJ claimed were “alleged patterns or practices of discriminatory police practices and unconstitutional searches and seizures.” This is where things get sticky for Eric Holder and the Obama Administration.

Six months prior to this investigation the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) had already conducted its own investigation of sheriff Arpaio’s office and not only gave it a clean bill of health, they actually gave a raving review. The report said things like “The OI and DRO supervisors consider the conduct and performance of the MCSO … officers to be professional and meeting the requirement of the MOA.” And that they considered the working relationship between the feds and the sheriff’s office to be “excellent” and that cases brought by the sheriff’s office to be “high quality.”

The DOJ then got caught with its pants down when more government documents were uncovered under the Freedom of Information Act that suggests politics may be at the root of the investigation.

Emails from an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency employee to John P. Torres who was at the time the acting assistant secretary of ICE said: “Did you see this?” attaching a news report on the investigation. “Yes,” Torres responded a few minutes later. “Interesting politics at play.”

 So with that said, is ICE also 'racial profiling', violating 'civil rights' and such?

This is more like a witch hunt then a probe of wrong doing.
