Is Justice Blind, or is it Just the US Justice Dept That Is

As the Zimmerman/Martin investigation moves along to try and determine what took place on Feb 26th, 2012, the calls to the Federal Justice Dept to get involved are growing.

This case however, is a state matter at this point, since the local jurisdiction has stepped aside to let the Florida State Attorney Generals office handle this investigation. And I am hoping it remains that way, no matter how the investigation turns out.

However, there is a matter that the United States Justice dept can pursue, in tandem with the State Attorney office on another, and equally important crime.... And that is the fact that The New Black Panther Party has violated Federal law, by crossing state line, from Georgia to Florida, to solicit kidnapping of Zimmerman.
On top of this, the State of Florida justice dept can bring state charges upon the NBPP for nearly the same charge, solicit kidnapping with in it's statelines.

All this has been brought to light by J. Christian Adams, former justice dept attorney. 

But based on the Justice Dept and Eric Holders track record on the NBPP's clear violation of federal law (voter intimidation), it would be a safe bet nothing will be done with this vigilantist, militant group of renegades.

Huffington Post Liberals are Freaking Out Today

Over on the Humpingthepost.... Sorry... Huffington Post, the website is freaking out after todays oral arguments of Obamacare.

CNN's Jeffrey Toobin is making his predictions based on the Courts reaction, particularly the Conservative judges, to Paul Clement answer to a question from the court, by saying "If you believe not acting is commence, there is no limited principle to that."

"This was a train wreck for the Obama administration," he said "This law looks like it's going to be struck down," he said. "I'm telling you, all of the predictions including mine that the justices would not have a problem with this law were wrong....Based on what we saw today, I think this law is in grave, grave trouble,"

Obamacare Goes to the United States Supreme Court

Today began the oral arguments by attorney generals of 26 states vs the HHS and Obama Administration over the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare.


What is at stake here, is just not whether we as a people will have to purchase healthcare insurance and help pay for coverage to those less fortunate in our society. NO! What is at stake here is our individual liberties, to live free to make our own decision, through our own will & desire.

Some fine examples are given here by Karen Harned in an opinion piece done on the Fox News site.

Those 5 things, she lists, nails it to what you can expect in your lives, and those of your future generation, will endure if USSC rules in favor of Obamacare, that it is constitutional.

1) The American ideal of freedom

It will strip Americans of the freedoms they hold dear and chisel away their ability to exercise individual liberties and freedoms.

If the law stands, the checks on the government’s power will be all but gone. It will have the power to tell every individual, every religious institution, every family and every business what it must do in order to be an American. Under the false pretense of serving “the public good,”

2) The freedom to purchase whatever product you want with your own money

The government has never been able to force Americans to buy something or pay a penalty in the history of this nation. If the individual mandate is upheld, the Constitution will not protect Americans from any mandate Congress wants to impose.

If Congress decides that Americans aren’t saving enough for retirement, the government could mandate that every individual open a retirement account and require that they fund it a certain level every year.

3) The right to own and operate your small business

Small businesses create over 60 percent of the nation’s new jobs. The job market is stagnant and the health care law has had a palpable chilling effect on the sector and caused many small businesses not to hire.

4) The power to decide what is medically best for our families and businesses

If ObamaCare is upheld, over half of all Americans would be forced onto some type of government-run health-care by the end of the decade. Elite bureaucrats would be in charge of deciding what medical tests you need or should have based on costs.

5) The economic future of this country

ObamaCare is already a significant drag on the nation’s economy and could threaten to sink it even further when the mandate goes into effect in 2014. Not surprisingly, its costs were vastly underestimated during the national debate.

President Obama’s 2013 budget estimated that the cost of providing health insurance to millions of middle-class Americans over ten years will jump by 30 percent.

What would be the ultimate loss here is our Federalist form of Government. It will be lost forever, not even an amendment to the constitution could change such a ruling.

Article 1; Section 8 “To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes”

Will then read:

“To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States AND IT’S PEOPLE, and with the Indian Tribes.

There will be no way to answer such a drastic change of our nation. Answers will not come from peaceful protest, not from petitioning the government for redress of grievances, nor exercising our right to vote.

No, none of that shall work in our favor.

There is only one way back to the Republic. And with that said, I present words from the past.

"The liberties of our Country, the freedom of our civil constitution are worth defending at all hazards: And it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. A report out of Tampa Bay's Fox affiliate has reported that there is a witness to the killing of Trayvon Martin and based on this witness interview with that local affiliate, it wasn't Zimmerman who was the aggressor, but Martin.

Details, however, are still a little fuzzy and once the Florida state attorney general and grand jury looks at all of this, we are still to scratch our heads on exactly what took place that fateful night.

First thing, first. When government grants you rights, we have lost our liberties.
Second, privilege few? Obamacare gives a "few" the "privilege" of free healthcare from on the backs of the laboring majority.

Fox F**ked Me Up- So Says Obama

Simple the most pathetic President in modern times has spoken out in a private meeting with Union leaders that his political woes are all because of Fox News "Fed... White males that they hear Obama is a Muslim 24/7, and it begins to seep in".

Holy hell. No one on Fox News has ever called him a Muslim!

According to journalist David Corn’s new book, “Showdown.” which hits bookstores on Tuesday, Obama had a private meeting with labor leaders in 2010, and told labor leaders that he held Fox partly responsible for him “losing white males and they hear Obama is a Muslim 24/7, and it begins to seep in…The Republicans have been at this for 40 years. They have new resources, but the strategy is old,”



Corn also writes that Obama shifted his own tactics in 2011, moving from compromising with Republicans to challenging the tea party. The president, senior adviser David Plouffe and other top administration officials plotted a “secret strategy”

In another meeting with an adviser after the 2010 midterm elections, Obama slammed corporate executives for attacking him.
“I saved these guys when the economy was falling off a cliff,” Obama said, according to Corn. “Now I get nothing but their venom.”

Sean Hannity weighed in on Obama’s reference to Fox News on his radio show Today, saying it “sounds like the president is very angry behind the scenes, very angry.”

Hannity said, he wasn’t surprised Obama decided to pin the blame on Fox. “Now this is a guy who claims he never watches cable news and then he’s making this broad sweeping statement that’s false.”
“You always have Fox and talk radio to fall back on when all else fails,” Hannity added.

Obama still doesn't get it. It was the 111th congress and Obamas actions and lack of leadership, especially Obamacare, that brought on the results of the 2010 election.
Not Fox News.
Not the GOP.
Not Rush Limbaugh.
Not.... Mark Adams. :)

Grow a pair Obama and admit it was your progressive liberal policy that America rejects.

Old Glory Defaced

This was just reported on Fox News and thought this to be worthy of reporting.


An American flag with President Obama's image in place of the stars flew over a Florida county's Democrat headquarters long enough to enrage local veterans who called the altered banner "a disgrace."


Lake County Democratic Party officials took down the flag, which flew just below a standard Old Glory on the flagpole outside headquarters in Tavares following complaints by local veterans. But merely taking it down wasn't enough for several local veterans, who said they fought for the flag Betsy Ross made famous, not one with a politician on it.


It's absolutely disrespectful," Jim Bradford, a 71-year-old veteran who participated in the Bay of Pigs Invasion told FoxNews.com. "It's totally ridiculous. To put somebody's picture there, to me, it's a disgrace to do that."

So very true, but by late afternoon, Bradford and a number of other veterans delivered a copy of the federal flag code to Nancy Hurlbert, chairwoman of the Lake County Democratic Party. 4 USC Chapter 1, Section1, which reads:

The flag of the United States shall be thirteen horizontal stripes, alternate red and white; and the union of the flag shall be forty-eight stars, white in a blue field. (A Star shall be added for each new state entering the Union)

"We read that to her, but she would not accept that," Bradford said. "The discussion finally got a little bit heated."


Bradford said Hurlbert apologized for the incident, but did not offer any promises that it wouldn't fly again.


"It leads me to believe that it's not about the flag," she told FoxNews.com. "Certain elements cannot accept Barack Obama as president."

What in the hell does she mean by that? Is she REFERRING to race here? It appears so. Race, of course has NOTHING to do with it.

Hurlbert said she intends to contact an attorney regarding the matter and remained non-committal as to whether she'll fly the flag again.


"I won't say no and I won't say yes," she said. "We want to find out what our legal rights are."


Meanwhile, Jay Agg, communications director for AMVETS, told FoxNews.com that the American flag should never be altered.

Democrats have no respect for our country, let alone our flag.

1 Percenter Joe is No Regular Joe

Vice President Joe Biden addressed a gaggle of 87 wealthy Democrats last night that attended a fundraiser at the home of Sen. John Kerry in Georgetown.

Biden took the opportunity to blast Republicans for being out of touch with "average folks".
You know like you and me. Us wealth Republicans.... Of course, I am not wealthy at all, but he came to the conclusion that "They don’t know what it means to be middle class."

Last time I check, I am living the life of the middle class.
I am a Republican.
So the statement can't be truthful.

But here is something truthful, though- I am a Republican, not because of the state of my wallet, but by the state of mind that Government, big Government has gotten in my way, so much so the last 4 years, I am no where near a Joe Biden type. The same Joe Biden who's average net worth is in the realm of $568,000.

I don't very often dined on grass-fed New York strip steaks and white truffle mashed potatoes underneath a outdoor tent, as Biden and his 87 fellow socialist did last night, either.

But according to Biden “These guys (Republicans) don’t have a sense of the average folks out there.” as his guest paid a minimum of $10,000-per-couple to attend the dinner....

The article of impeachment was the result of the failure of President Obama to obtain congressional approval to enter our military in to war in Libya.

Obama Admin Wants International Approval For US Military Action

This is astonishing, so much so that I nearly fell off my chair.

Obama Admin wants to seek International approval for the use of force by our US Military anywhere in the world.

And then, after that,  Leon Panetta would "come to the congress and inform" them.

Senator Jeff Session conducted this hearing of the Armed Services committee to get answers to and examine the Department of the Army in review of the Defense Authorization request for fiscal year 2013 and the Future Years Defense Program. Better known as SD-106.

Under question from Sen. Sessions at a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey indicated that "international permission," rather than Congressional approval, provided a 'legal basis' for military action by the United States.

An Open and Shared Letter to Limbaugh Advertisers

 As it goes with the liberals, they try SO hard to take the focus off the issues and deflect it away to another, semi-related subject.
Why? Because they can't defend the obvious... And that is, they're wrong.

And so, as it goes, so does the unfortunate, ill informed advertisers of Rush Limbaugh's radio program.

So with that said, I share with you a great piece I came across in response to the knee jerk reaction by the likes of Pro Flower, Carbonite, Sears, Legal Zoom, and now Allstate, GEICO, JC Penney, Capitol One, Netflix, John Deere, Stamps.com, Bonobos, AccuQuote, Service Magic....

Your business has recently come under fire by the progressive, left leaning portion of our society. Primarily, over some comments by Rush Limbaugh concerning one Sandra Fluke.
There is an old quote (attributed to Abe Lincoln & poet John Lydgate):
“You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”.
I urge the business owners to continue with your current business plans/models. If you are seeing good results, from your advertising dollars used on the EIB Network, then continue to advertise with EIB Network.
Now, in those days of yesteryear, it took a little effort to generate a boycott or to express outrage over an issue. Folks had to actually WRITE A LETTER or make a “Long Distance” phone call. These things also cost the consumer some money out of their own pocket. In our modern day, of internet communications and such, that is no longer the case. It only takes ~ 1 minute to set up a Facebook Page and then share it. Even less time to send a tweet. And then, they can make it look even bigger than it really is—- how many folks have multiple Twitter & Facebook ID’s?
This is a typical ‘Temper Tantrum’ type of tactic,  that children use when they are told something they don’t like, or don’t want to hear.  “Put that back Sally, we can’t afford to buy that toy for you right now.”  (Little Sally lays on the floor and screams and flails about causing a big scene in the store.)
Please DO NOT let the OUTRAGE of a small percentage of the populous control or influence your business decisions.

-If a conservative doesn’t like guns, he doesn’t buy one.
If a liberal doesn’t like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.
-If a conservative is a vegetarian, he doesn’t eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.
-If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.
-If a conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to defeat it.
If a liberal see an enemy he wonders what he can do to appease him.

-If a conservative is homosexual, he’ll quietly enjoy his life.
If a liberal is homosexual, he’ll demand everyone get involved in his bedroom activities.

-If a successful conservative is black or Hispanic, he’ll see himself as having succeeded on his own merits.
Successful liberal minorities still claim “racism” and want government to give them even more.

-If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to work to better his situation.
A liberal wants someone else to take care of him.
-If a conservative is a non-believer, he just doesn’t go to church.
Non-believing liberals demand that everyone cease believing and demands churches be censored.

-If a conservative needs health care, he shops for it, or chooses a job that provides it.
Liberals demand that everyone else provide him with healthcare for free.
-If a conservative sees a law, he thinks long and hard before suggesting a change.
-If a liberal sees a law he assumes it is just a suggestion and does what he wants anyway.

If a conservative doesn’t like a talk show host, he switches channels.
If a liberal doesn’t like a radio show, he demands that the station be shut down or censored.

 Conservatives believe in freedom, responsibility, tradition, and self-reliance.

Liberals believe in license, government restrictions, upending tradition, and collectives.

The 1^st Amendment that provides Mr. Limbaugh the RIGHT to express his opinions and the Church to be left alone to practice it's faith.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the "free exercise thereof"; "or abridging the freedom of speech," or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Federal Judge Backs Up 2nd Amendment

Today, a federal judge struck down a Maryland law which required citizens to give "good and substantial reason" to legally own a handgun.
In his opinion, U.S. District Judge Benson Everett Legg wrote that states are allowed some leeway in deciding the way residents exercise their Second Amendment right to bear arms, but objected to Marylands law of rationing which also limits the number of firearms that individuals could carry.

Judge Legg wrote

"A citizen may not be required to offer a 'good and substantial reason' why he should be permitted to exercise his rights, the right's existence is all the reason he needs.



In addition to self-defense, the (Second Amendment) right was also understood to allow for militia membership and hunting. To secure these rights, the Second Amendment's protections must extend beyond the home: neither hunting nor militia training is a household activity, and 'self-defense has to take place wherever a person happens to be."

"People have the right to carry a gun for self-defense and don't have to prove that there's a special reason for them to seek the permit," said the plaintiff, Raymond Woollard, attorney Alan Gura, who has challenged handgun bans in the District of Columbia and Chicago as an attorney with the Second Amendment Foundation. "We're not against the idea of a permit process, but the licensing system has to acknowledge that there's a right to bear arms."

This is a big blow to the liberal elite in our nation, because it solidifies the second amendment, once again.

According to local reports, Limbaugh's security team discovered the package and notified authorities.
