Who is the Real Mitt Romney

Received this in an email today.
I fact check each point made.
Every last one of them checked out.
So it does matter of who Mitt Romney is and where he comes from, unlike what we know of Obama's veiled past.

1. Drop-dead, collar-ad handsome with gracious, statesmanlike aura. Looks like every central casting's #1 choice for Commander-in-Chief.

2. Been married to ONE woman his entire life, and has been faithful to her, including through her bouts with breast cancer and MS.

3. No scandals or skeletons in his closet. (How boring is that?)

4. Can't speak in a fake, southern, "black preacher voice" when
necessary.

5. Highly intelligent. Graduated cum laude from both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School...and by the way, his academic records are NOT sealed.

6. Doesn't smoke or drink alcohol, and has never done drugs, not even in the counter-culture age when he went to college. Too square for today's America?

7. Represents an America of "yesterday", where people believed in God, went to Church, didn't screw around, worked hard, and became a SUCCESS!

8. Has a family of five great sons....and none of them have police
records or are in drug rehab. But of course, they were raised by a stay-at-home mom, and that "choice" deserves America's scorn.

9. Oh yes.....he's a MORMON. We need to be very afraid of that very strange religion that teaches its members to be clean-living,
patriotic, fiscally conservative, charitable, self-reliant, and honest.

10. And one more point.....pundits say because of his wealth, he can't relate to ordinary Americans. I guess that's because he made that money HIMSELF.....as opposed to marrying it or inheriting it from Dad.
Apparently, he didn't understand that actually working at a job and earning your own money made you unrelatable to Americans.

Personal Information:

His full Name is: Willard Mitt Romney
He was Born: March 12, 1947 and is 65 years old.

His Father: George W. Romney, former Governor
of the State of Michigan

He was raised in Bloomfield Hills , Michigan

He is Married to Ann Romney since 1969; they five children.

Education:
B.A. from Brigham Young University,

J.D. and M.B.A. from Harvard University

Religion:
Mormon - The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints

Working Background:

After high school, he spent 30 months in France as a
Mormon missionary.

After going to both Harvard Business School and
Harvard Law School simultaneously, he passed the Michigan
bar exam, but never worked as an attorney.

In 1984, he co-founded Bain Capital a private equity
investment firm, one of the largest such firms in the
United States.

In 1994, he ran for Senator of Massachusetts and lost
to Ted Kennedy.

He was President and CEO of the 2002 Winter Olympic
Games.

In 2002, he was elected Governor of the State of
Massachusetts where he eliminated a 1.5 billion deficit.

Some Interesting Facts about Romney:

Bain Capital, starting with one small office supply store
in Massachusetts, turned it into Staples; now over
2,000 stores employing 90,000 people.

Bain Capital also worked to perform the same kinds
of business miracles again and again, with companies
like Domino's, Sealy, Brookstone, Weather Channel,
Burger King, Warner Music Group, Dollarama,
Home Depot Supply and many others.

He was an unpaid volunteer campaign worker for
his dad's gubernatorial campaign 1 year.

He was an unpaid intern in his dad's governor's
office for eight years.

He was an unpaid bishop and state president of
his church for ten years.

He was an unpaid President of the Salt Lake
Olympic Committee for three years.

He took no salary and was the unpaid Governor of
Massachusetts for four years.

He gave his entire inheritance from his father to charity.

Mitt Romney is one of the wealthiest self-made men
in our country but has given more back to its citizens
in terms of money, service and time than most men.

And in 2011 Mitt Romney gave over $4 million to charity,
almost 19% of his income.... Just for comparison purposes,
Obama gave 1% and Joe Biden gave $300 or .0013%.

Mitt Romney is Trustworthy:

He will show us his birth certificate

He will show us his high school and college transcripts.

He will show us his social security card.

He will show us his law degree.

He will show us his draft notice.

He will show us his medical records.

He will show us his income tax records.

He will show us he has nothing to hide.

Mitt Romney's background, experience and
trustworthiness show him to be a great leader and
an excellent citizen for President of the United States.

You may think that Romney may not be the best
representative the Republicans could have selected.
At least I know what religion he is, and that he won't
desecrate the flag, bow down to foreign powers,
or practice fiscal irresponsibility.

I know he has the ability to turn this financial debacle
that the current regime has gotten us into. We won't
like all the things necessary to recover from this
debt, but someone with Romney's background can do it.

But, on the minus side, he never was a "Community
Organizer", never took drugs or smoked pot, never
got drunk, did not associate with communists
or terrorists, nor did he attend a church whose pastor
called for God to damn the US.

IF THIS ISN'T WORTH SENDING TO EVERYONE
THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS!!~!!

If You’re a Romney Supporter Don't Come to Class

Today, the day after Mitt Romney thrashed President Obama in the first Presidential debate, an honor roll student at a Philadelphia High School was tossed out of class because she wore a Mitt Romney Tee shirt to school.

Fox News picks it up from there:

A Philadelphia high school honor student was ordered by her teacher to get out of the classroom when she entered wearing a Romney/Ryan t-shirt on a casual dress day.
The school has confirmed that the student, Samantha Pawlucy, was not at fault in the incident, in which her Obama-supporting teacher gave the youngster a crash course in partisan politics.
“I came in, and [my teacher] said, ‘Are you wearing a Mitt Romney shirt?’ She pointed and said, ‘Get out of the class.’ And I said, ‘no.’”
Samantha says her teacher went on to tell her that she couldn’t wear ‘a Republican shirt in a Democratic school.’
“She took a red marker drew on it, and then she told me to take off my shirt and she would give me a different one,” she said.
The exchange led to critical comments from both classmates and the janitor. Now, Pawlucy’s parents are outraged and calling for the teacher’s dismissal. While she’s been taken out of the classroom temporarily, they say they want her removal to be permanent.

The Case of the Chinese Spy- Anne Onymous

With all, and I mean ALLLLLLLLL the news coverage on Mitt's gaff (as the liberal news media is calling it) it's a wonder that they are not covering something that matters. Like all the turmoil going on around the world and Obama's foreign policy in the tank.

Turns out, Old Jimmy Carters grandson, James Carter IV, came across the video in question, and based on the MSM story on this:

The grandson of former President Jimmy Carter and a self-fashioned Democratic opposition researcher, the younger Carter had watched countless hours of footage of Republican Mitt Romney and made it a habit to search YouTube every few days for keywords like "Romney" and "Republicans."

If I am not mistaken, the DNC had asked supporters to get as much footage as they can on Romney, in hopes of finding something to tag him with.

Something told him there might be more there than the brief clip posted on the YouTube channel "Anne Onymous." Although not affiliated with any campaign or super PAC Soon after, Carter persuaded Anne to trust Mother Jones’s Corn with the full video on the condition that he keep the source's identity a secret. Corn ran with it.

So who is this Anne Onymous?
She right here. And here.
She appears to be Oriental, and yes, she's from China, based on her photo background and her You Tube account.
And as you can see, a big Democrat (Socialist) lover to boot.
You’ve got to wonder, why was she so hesitant to pass the video on?
And how did she get in to a $50K a plate private fundraiser in Colorado to make this video?

Mr Tingles goes ballistic on RNC Chairman

Mr Tingle, better known as Chris Mathews, has words with Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus’s ideas as being “insane” Monday after the chairman said President Barack Obama was “looking to Europe for guidance” on his policies (aka Socialism).

Referring to Mitt Romney’s joke last week to his own birth certificate, Matthews said, “That cheap shot about ‘I don’t have a problem with my birth certificate’ was awful. You are playing that little ethnic card there. You can play your games and giggle about it, but the fact is your side is playing that card.”

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Now lets apply the breaks here for a moment, shall we?
-"It's an embarrassment to play that card"
But it's OK for the left to play it?
-"When you start talking about work requirements, we all know what game you're playing"
You mean the game that Clinton enacted, Tingles?
-"Romney playing right in to the race card... welfare, food stamps"
Since when is welfare and food stamps about race?
It's not! There are all different races in this country who are on welfare and food stamps.
Is Mr Tingles comment racist unto itself?
YES, sure is.
SHAME on you, Mathews!
You racist PIG!

The Dirty Dirt of Politics

Yesterday, on MSNBC (now known as NBCNews), leftest political hack Toure' explained what he believes to be explicit racial connotations beneath what Romney was saying that President Obama should “take his campaign of division and anger and hate back to Chicago.” by calling it the “niggerization” of the campaign.
S.E. Cupp took offense to such a connotation, and rightly so.

The sickness by the left of turning an observation of negativity by the Obama team, from the Romney camp when Romney never once reference race in his remarks, are sickening and vile.

And Conservative Kira Davis responds to MSNBC Toure.

It's pretty obvious the progressive left that supports Team Obama has, once again, hit a new low and hit the bottom of the barrel, where the slime lies!

Ryan Pick Ignites a Stark Difference Debate

Which one sounds like America to YOU?

OBAMA:
"A New America In Which Prosperity Is Shared"...

“Do we go forward towards a new vision of an America in which prosperity is shared?” Obama asked. “Or do we go backward to the same policies that got us in the mess in the first place? I believe we have to go forward.”

IF THAT DOESN'T SCREAM SOCIALISM, NOTHING DOES!

BTW: "The Mess" that got us in to this, in the first place, even the Brits understand it.

OR IS THIS AMERICA?

 PAUL RYAN:

'We Promise Equal Opportunity, Not Equal Outcomes'...

I'll take the latter.

BTW P2:
The DNC is shacking in their boots at Romney's VP pick.

Bully Romney- All About Nothing

What do Obama Press backers have on Romney's High School days?
Nothing, really.
But the Washington Post wants to make a story about Romney's buddies from his days at Cranbrook School (Actually it was called Cranbrook Institute, back then) in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan on an incident that took place there.... 47 YEARS AGO.

According to the Washington Post story:
John Lauber, a soft-spoken new student one year behind Romney, was perpetually teased for his nonconformity and presumed homosexuality. Now he was walking around the all-boys school with bleached-blond hair that draped over one eye, and Romney wasn’t having it.“He can’t look like that. That’s wrong. Just look at him!” Romney marching out of his own room ahead of a prep school posse shouting about their plan to cut Lauber’s hair. Friedemann followed them to a nearby room where they came upon Lauber, tackled him and pinned him to the ground. As Lauber, his eyes filling with tears, screamed for help, Romney repeatedly clipped his hair with a pair of scissors.

Romney's buddies then, were (based on the story)

Matthew Friedemann, now a dentist; Phillip Maxwell, a lawyer; Thomas Buford, a retired prosecutor; and David Seed, a retired principal — spoke on the record. Another former student who witnessed the incident asked not to be identified. The men have differing political affiliations, although they mostly lean Democratic.

Ironically, another high school classmate, Gary Hummel recalls a comment Romney made nearly 50 years ago, that, according to the Washington Post, Mr Hummel
was a closeted gay student at the time, recalled that his efforts to speak out in class were punctuated with Romney shouting, “Atta girl!”

OK, well if Mr Hummel was a "closet gay student", then how did Mitt Romney know, when he said "Atta Girl"?

One other thing I found interesting about the Washington Post story
"I always enjoyed his pranks,” said Stu White, a popular friend of Romney’s who went on to a career as a public school teacher and said he has been “disturbed” by the Lauber incident since hearing about it several weeks ago, before being contacted by The Washington Post.
This is a fresh story, breaking on May 10th. It was never brought out before then.
So, how did Mr White only hear about it "several weeks ago, BEFORE the WP contacted him"???
And if he was a popular friend of Romney back then, how come he didn't know about it, up until SEVERAL WEEKS AGO?
ODD, isn't it?
And of course this story breaks the day after President Obama flip-flops on gay marriage.

Coincidence, or what?

This is all about NOTHING. Obama's Campaign, and their beloved press can't (or won't) talk about Obama's past, which is disturbing to say the least, nor his presidency record, but they will dig up 50 year old stories and run an 11 page piece on the Romney's time in High school..............Please, THATS the LAME stream media!

Either Call the Kettle Black, or Get Out of the Race

There a two distinct differances between Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich.
Newt will call it like it truly is.
Mitt refuses to label Obama a Socialist and that makes his view of Obama suspect.

In this clip yesterday with David Gregory on Meet The Press, Newt calls it like it is. Obama's a Saul Alinsky Radical.

What I said last night is the truth. Nobody in the elite media wants to cover it. Nobody's ever gone back and looked at what Saul Alinsky stands for. Nobody ever asks what neighborhood organizer meant. He wasn't organizing Boys and Girls Clubs. He was teaching political radicalism. It explains his entire administration.

Iowa Barbs- Romney vs Gingrich

Here we go folks. The removal of Barack Obama starts tonight in Iowa as the Republican nominee selection process begins in earnest.

As the current polls come out in Iowa, we find Romney, Paul dropping slightly, while Santorum surges from 9% to 16%. Gingrich has moved up slightly to 14%.

The big number in the last poll before the caucuses are the undecided, which stands at 41%.

That's a huge number.

Those polled, who are undecided, say they don't know where most of the candidates stand on the issues.

Ever wonder why? Because most of the candidates have NOT taken Ads out on their positions, but have spent their time taking shots a Newt Gingrich. All the while, Newt brings forth his position ON the issues.

Over the course of the past 2 week, fisticuffs have been tossed around between Newt and Mitt.
Newt has stayed as positive as he can. Don't know if thats a good idea or not. But you decide for yourself.

But I can't say the same thing for Romney.

Gingrich has repeatedly called out the other GOP presidential candidates -- Romney, in particular -- for airing negative ads in Iowa, many of which have targeted the former House speaker

"I've asked Romney for three weeks to tell his PAC to quit running negative ads. I've pointed out again and again that this is a terrible way to run for office," Gingrich said. "We have stayed positive. All of my ads remain positive."

Romney, however, said that the problem lies with Gingrich's poll numbers, not political advertising.

"The super PAC that happens to endorse me has put some ads out -- I can't control those. We're not allowed to have a coordination between a campaign and these independent PACs," Romney said. "I'm sure they may have had an effect, but you know, the speaker's had just as much difficulty in the polls in New Hampshire as he has in Iowa, and I don't think there are any negative ads going on there."

First off this is true, Newts numbers have been low in New Hampshire, so is everyone elses, because Mitt has always been a favorite there. Even in the last go around in 2008. So thats not the issue. Way to dodge the debate, Romney.

Second, Mitts comment of  "I can't control those, We're not allowed to have a coordination between a campaign and the Super PACs" is just plain wrong.

He can control, and he can coordinate.

FEC rules state that candidates can raise money for Super PAC's as long as it is collected and used BY the PAC. AND can plan campaign strategy via the use of communications ad. He just can't coordinate expenditures coordinated with candidates campaign.
In Citizens United, the US Supreme Court once again explained that ‘prearrangement and coordination’ presents the ‘danger that "expenditures" will be given as a quid pro quo for improper commitments from the "candidate."

So I'd have to say, Newt has a legitimate beef.
Romney should call off his Super Pac Dogs so he can campaign on the issues, that Iowans are saying they lack the understanding of from the candidates.

GOP Nominees- What has gone Wrong

This is going to be a long post. But I feel it necessary to state my case of why some of us need to wake the fuck up, because some of us conservatives have lost sight of the goal that we need to achieve in 2012. And you KNOW what that goal is.

As the Iowa caucus is in the final stretch and the GOP nominees are jockeying for position, many thought on Dec 8th, with a 14 point lead over Romney, that Newt Gingrich was well on his way to winning that states caucus.
But about two weeks later, Newt has dropped to nearly even with Romney’s in recent polls.

Why is that?

Two reason.
Reason #1: The left have set the bait to land many right of center folks. And a number of them took the bait.
The liberal left in America has been raising the flag of just how concerned they are with Romney being the nominees, then they are with Newt, because Mitt would draw in more independents then Newt.
So what the left has done is convince many that the GOP should get behind Romney because of just that scenario, to mislead Republicans in to believing they can now beat Obama in the general election with Romney as the GOP candidate.

Ahhh but not so fast. Last Thursday Gallup poll found Newt and Romney where neck and neck with 23% of independents/lean right voters.

Many conservatives, like Ann Coulter fell for that hook, line and sinker and now she has throw her hat in the Romney circus. Even Nikki Haley fell for it, too.

Newts numbers are on the decline, Mitts number have not moved. Latest Gallup Poll shows Gingrich has lost 14 points. Romney’s numbers haven't budged and only the (what I like to call) bottom dwellers have picked up 1 point each.
So as I am seeing these latest numbers, 8% of Newt supporters two weeks ago have now gone undecided.

Reason #2. Of course, I can't give the liberals all the credit for Newts numbers being down.
Some conservatives have gone off the deep end themselves with regards to Newt Gingrich.
They continuing to harp about his "Right Wing Social Engineering" comment, which pissed me off too, until Gingrich explained himself, and that was to my satisfaction. Why not yours?
They continue to point to Newts Ad with Nancy Pelosi. But Gingrich has admitted that that was the dumbest thing he has ever done.

Some continue to go back in time to discredit Newt when he was Speaker of the House. Example are- in 1993 he supported individual mandate. Leaving two wives when they were critically ill? (Not entirely true).
You know something, if you are one of those folks, you’re no better than the liberal left, because that’s is exactly what they are doing and saying (Ann).

But the best one of all, the one that takes the cake and was even uttered by Michelle Bachmann “He was paid $1.6M to consult Fanni/Freddy”….

HOLY HELL. SO NOW we are going to beat up on:
-An American, while in the private sector, earned MONEY for running his own BUSINESS as a consultant?
-Making a living in America?
-Made lots of money as an entrepreneur???
-You know, CAPITALISM?
REALLY?
DO we REALLY want to go there???

Some conservatives blast him as some sort of liberal. HOW in the HELL can someone who was a bi-product of Reagan, be a liberal?

Let’s take a quick look at Newt "Conservative" side. (From his Campaign site)
Jobs and the Economy:

- As Speaker he balanced the budgets, pay down the debt, and create jobs:

- Will stop the 2013 tax increases to promote stability in the economy.

- Make the United States the most desirable location for new business investment through a bold series of tax cuts, including

- Eliminating the capital gains tax to make American entrepreneurs more competitive against those in other countries.

- Move toward an optional flat tax of 15%

- Strengthen the dollar by returning to the Reagan-era monetary policies.

- Remove obstacles of destructive and ineffective regulations, programs and bureaucracies.

- Repealing the Community Reinvestment Act, the abuse of which helped cause the financial crisis

- Repealing the Dodd-Frank Law

- Balance the budget.

- Repeal and replace Obamacare

Energy:

- Remove bureaucratic and legal obstacles to responsible oil and natural gas development in the United States, offshore and on land

- End the ban on oil shale development in the American West

- Give coastal states federal royalty revenue sharing

Healthcare:

-Make health insurance more affordable and portable to purchase insurance across state lines

- Reform Medicaid

-Create more choices in Medicare

- Stop health care fraud

Immigration:

- Under no circumstance can a path to citizenship be created which would allow those who have broken the law to receive precedence over those who patiently waited to become residents and citizens via the legal process. (I am fully behind this 100%)

- Control the border.

- Move 11,000 Washington-area Department of Homeland Security bureaucrats to the Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona borders.

- Round-the-clock drone flights to monitor activity, multi-layer, strategic fencing in urban areas, and vastly improved communication between state and federal authorities.

- Deportation of criminals and gang members should be efficient and fast.

- Ensure that every new citizen and every young American learn American history and the key principles of American Exceptionalism.

- English must be the official language of government.

Defending Second Amendment Rights:

The right to bear arms is a political right designed to safeguard freedom so that no government can take away from you the rights which God has given you.

Principles to protect life and liberty:

- Nominate conservative judges who are committed to upholding Constitutional limited government

- Combat judicial activism

- End taxpayer subsidies for abortion

- Protect religious expression in the public square

There is much, much more, but this post is getting a bit long.

I sat down to watch Mitt Romney last night, while he was on the Factor.

Outside of Romenycare and his refusal to admit it was not a good idea for even his state, O'Rielly asked a pointed question to Mitt, that still to this day is bothering me.
O'Rielly ask Romney if he thought Obama as Socialist.
Mitts response "I'd like to think of him as out of touch"
When O'Rielly pressed him again for a direct answer, Mitt said "I don't want to label someone like that when he is really out of touch"
You know, 63% of the American people agree that labeling Obama a socialist is fair, Mitt sure is "out of touch" with the American people himself.

In closing, I am not here to bash Mitt nor Michelle Bachmann. However, her going after Newt on the money he made during his private life, just gave fuel to the Obama Campaign fire.
-Debate the issues.
-Point to the failures and hang them on Obama.
-Bring forth your solutions.
-And last but not least, follow Reagan's 11th commandment. “Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican.”

Now: Whats our goal in the 2012 election?.....

------------Hell, even Arnold Cusmariu From the American Thinker gets it-----------------
