Two days after the 4th, O drops the hammer.

On July 2, this was posted on the Whitehouse website.

"Today we celebrate the 234th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the beginning of a great experiment, American democracy (it's not a Democracy, fool).  In every corner of our country, we recall the valor and vision of patriots from Thirteen Colonies who declared independence from a powerful empire and gave birth to a new Nation.. For those gallant first Americans, such a Nation as ours may have seemed like an unattainable dream.  Their concept was revolutionary:  a government of, by, and for the people.  Yet, our Founders' tenacity, resolve, and courage in the face of seemingly impossible odds became the bedrock of our country."

An now Arizona, one of our own, is facing it's own 'seemingly impossible odds'... Illegal Immigrants.
Then the O'hammer falls:

AP-The federal government filed a lawsuit seeking to throw out Arizona's crackdown on illegal immigrants, saying the law blatantly violates the Constitution.

The lawsuit filed in federal court in Phoenix sets the stage for a high-stakes legal clash over states rights at a time when politicians across the country have indicated they want to follow Arizona's lead on the toughest-in-the-nation immigration law.
The legal action represents a thorough denunciation by the government of Arizona's action, declaring that the law will "cause the detention and harassment of authorized visitors, immigrants and citizens who do not have or carry identification documents" while altogether ignoring "humanitarian concerns" and harming diplomatic relations.
Supporters of the law say the suit was an unnecessary action by the federal government after years of neglecting problems at the border. Republican Gov. Jan Brewer called the lawsuit "a terribly bad decision" and defended the law as "reasonable and constitutional"
Arizona passed the law after years of frustration over problems associated with illegal immigration, including drug trafficking, kidnappings and murders. The state is the biggest gateway into the U.S. for illegal immigrants, and is home to an estimated 460,000 illegal
The law requires officers, while enforcing other laws, to question a person's immigration status if there's a reasonable suspicion that they are in the country illegally. The law also makes it a state crime for legal immigrants to not carry their immigration documents and bans day laborers and people who seek their services from blocking traffic on streets.
Other states have said they want to take similar action - a scenario the government cited as a reason for bringing the lawsuit.
"The Constitution and the federal immigration laws do not permit the development of a patchwork of state and local immigration policies throughout the country," the suit says.

Now according to the suit that was filed "cause the detention and harassment of authorized visitors, immigrants and citizens who do not have or carry identification documents"

But on Jan. 30, 2008 a new rule took effect that requires documents to prove identity and citizenship in to the US.

Also Mexican nationals and people living in the United States under permanent resident-alien status, must also show documentation. AND, according to the Dept of Homeland Security Administration, all Mexican citizen  while in the US must chooses to use and carry the BCC as a B1/B2 (Business or Pleasure) visa. All others must carry a passport and Form I-94 or Form I-94W

Other states want Arizona's law on their books. Seems to me that the Administration is at war with the states.

234 Years for America, 1 Year for AP-DP

Happy Independence Day, America!
She is 234 years old. But she is not, today, the country our founders had intended, as she has been highjacked by socialist... For now... but she still is OUR country and Americans have become more conscience of the founding father vision, principles and ideals that I have ever seen in in my life time... And WE want it back, and WE WILL take her back, I feel it, I believe it.

I started this blog one year ago today with this story of my Nephew-in-Law and Niece.
John is now taking college classes, raising his son Nicholas and Kimberly is now a Lance Sergeant in the Army.

Today we celebrate our independence from the British Crown.
Today we rejoice that we ARE a right of center nation. 
A Republic!
There are forces out there, in control of our nation that are systematically trying to change her.
THEY. SHALL. NOT. SUCCEED! 
Today we are more determine then ever to Declare OUR Independence from the grips of Oligarchist.

El Odumbo, the O'hypocrite

President Obama said Thursday that the U.S. immigration system "offends our most basic American values"
No, sir, YOU offend our most basic American values.

Your refusal to secure the boarder shows two things, MR PRESIDENT.
Political pandering to fire up hispanics for the November election and blaming everyone else, except the Democrat majority in congress and the administration, for NOT resolving this issue.
Does he not see how dumb his remarks are?

And Odumbo goes on to say "Unfortunately, reform has been held hostage to political posturing and special-interest wrangling,"
Can we say November election (polotical posturing) and reaching out to hispanics(special-interest wrangling)?
"Now, under the pressures of partisanship and election-year politics, many of the 11 Republican senators who voted for reform in the past have now backed away from their previous support."
But what a hypocrat, as the liberal LA Times calls his speech 'it was an innately political speech, aimed via television at a Latino and Democratic audience vital to the Democratic strategy in this fall's elections. During a White House meeting with Latino activists this week, Obama blamed Republicans for the presence of 11 million illegal immigrants in the U.S'

It ceases to amaze me that somehow we need reform. WE DON'T!
The laws on the books will work if two steps are taken.
Streamline the buracracy and ENFORCE THE LAW... AFTER you secure the boarder.
What the left wants is to make all illegal imigrents in this country citizens, NOW.
All for politics! All for VOTES!
What about ALL the millions who are going through the legel process to become citizens... AND ARE STILL WAITING?
All illegals... go to the back of the line. All legal pationers step up to the front.
THAT is the fair way. The ONLY way.

HP screws our troops-Troops react

The fighting Men and Women of our US military are the finest in the world. They put themselves in danger every day, overseas to protect the nation from our enemies. But, according to some of our troops, Hewlett Packard customer service feels that our fighting men and women should have to pony up the dough for advice to get one of HP's printers to function.
This solder has basically told HP 'This is what I think of your product AND Customer Service."
