UN Must Mind Ones Own Business

On Tuesday United Nations human rights investigators called on the Obama administration to prosecute the 9-11 masterminds in a civilian court and have "Declared" that US military Tribunals would not be fair.

Please!

First, the UN needs not to concern itself with US domestic policy and US legalities.
Second this foreign force attacked the civilians of a nation, and the rules of war mandate that if the civilian population is attacked, the crime becomes a military crime issue, not a civilian crime issue.

But Martin Scheinin, U.N. special rapporteur on the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, says this "I take the view that the Military Commissions Act is fundamentally flawed. It is very far from international fair trial standards and probably cannot be fixed,"
For those of you who do not know who Martin Scheinin is he's a Finnish professor of International Law at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy besides being the UN envoy on human rights.

Here is a foreigner who is telling our President that our law is FLAWED!!!

So here we have a Finnish professor calling on the President of the United States to emphatically ignore the will of the American people. 60% of the American polled in recent weeks have shown that the citizens of the US would rather the 9-11 masterminds be tried by our military, because it was the United States people who were attacked, not Finland, nor the UN.

So if you feel outraged, like I do, you can vent your opinion to Mr. Scheinin by calling or emailing him, to remind him "The United States is a sovereign nation, with a Constitution and a Declaration of Independence to Govern ourselves and that we mandate our justice.

Remember this if Obama grants the UN and Scheinin their wishes. It should put a huge question in your mind on whether Obama is intentionally destroying the Declaration and Europenizing the Nation.
