The interviewee was visibly upset that the South Central Tea Party (which is mostly black) and the San Diego Tea Party came together to protest the NAACP
It is quite clear he knows nothing of the grassroots movement of the Tea Party Organization.
And it is quite obvious that he is only speaking out from what he has been told about us.
