Move-on Takes Out Ad to Rip One Of Their Own

The multibillionaire venture capitalist George Soros funded Move-on.org created and aired this ad last Friday, ripping one of their own, Mayor Jean Quan, calling her actions to break up the Occupy Oakland an attempt to take away their right to peaceful assembly.

Watch:

The right to "PEACEFUL ASSEMBLY"?

According to this young lady from the Oakland demonstration, it was far from being a "peaceful" assemble.

People of this movement, I have a warning for you.

You use the 1st amendment to essentially call for social justice in American, and calling for Government to intercede in to Capitalism to bring it down to institute "change" to a "fairer" system. But this is what happens when you call for a revolution. Socialists minded authority will take the constitutional rights away to answer your demand, but it will be on a much larger scale.

Justify This- Atlanta Tea Party Vs. Occupy Atlanta

As presented to the followers of The Tea Party Patriots Facebook Page.

Talk about sequestering freedom of speech and the right to peaceably assemble, by stonewalling. This is a solid case for infrigment.

Double standard being applied here!!!

We should NEVER tolerate this from an "Elected Official"!!!

ATLANTA TEA PARTY STATEMENT REGARDING CITY OF ATLANTA AND OCCUPY ATLANTA

The Atlanta Tea Party has inquired on several occasions about securing city venues like Woodruff Park to hold rallies for conservative activists. Because of the the fees involved, and extensive bureaucratic red tape regarding the permit process, we decided to hold past events at the State Capitol instead. We were also told by Capitol Police we could not have signs on poles or sticks, or not allowed to even pass out little flags to wave, because they were held up by sticks. We complied, as we have always followed the letter of the law and conducted ourselves with honor of our City, State, and Country.

Occupy Atlanta has had control of Woodruff Park for the past weeks with no permit, no fees, the use of poles and sticks to hold some signs and their tents, and a disregard for public health with the conditions they are living in at the Park. Had Tea Party activists conducted themselves like Occupy protesters, they would have been arrested immediately, but Mayor Kasim Reed rewarded their disregard for the law with an Executive Order allowing them to stay, stating that he sympathizes with them. The Mayor has chosen to grant special rights and privileges regarding free speech based on which group is in line with his own political ideology. This action by Mayor Reed has set a precedent that has a profound and chilling effect on the First Amendment rights of not only conservative activists, but of all citizens.

The Atlanta Tea Party is planning a rally in the spring and we will seek to use a City venue. If equal rights are not shown and if we are denied, or forced to go through an extensive permit process and pay any fees whatsoever, we will file a discrimination law suit against the City of Atlanta.

An elected official is put in place, regardless of who voted for him/her, to represent all and not just a SELECT few.

If Mayor Reed can issue an executive order to forgive and forget the law to a selective few and circumvent his oath to SUPPORT & DEFEND the constitution, then he is not worthy of holding ANY public office.

If you're as pissed off as I am, here is his direct contact information and LET'R RIP!

Bill Ayers Conducts Occupy Chicago-Teach-In

One of the leaders from the now defunct 1960's Weather Underground Organization this past week led a "teach-in" with the 'Occupy Shitcago' protesters.
Bill Ayers, one of the mastermind of the bombing of the US Capital in 1971 lead this teach- in.

Ayers and the WUO background consist of the 1969 "Days of Rage", a public demonstration in Chicago timed to coincide with the trial of the Chicago Seven that lead to riots.
Does that "Day of Rage" sound familiar? It should. The Occupy Wall Street and the protest around the globe (Day of Rage) are one in the same and they are trying to rebirth the cause, to create chaos throughout the Capitalist societies.

WUO called for movements throughout the US to ultimately achieve "the destruction of US imperialism and achieve a classless world: world communism."
It's no wonder 35% of these protesters are calling for the destruction of Capitalism and instituting Communism.....

In his teach-in, Ayars detailed the tactics and history of the Civil Rights and social justice movement, drawing analogies to the group before him. "You created power where there was none" He proclaimed.
Not only did he do this teach-in in Chicago, but presented the same in Milwaukee the week before.

The Chicago Reader reported this as a group of 40 who took shelter across the street from Grant park where the local OWS is causing some trouble for the city.
And as the Reader put it;  "the "teach-in" had mercifully moved to a sheltered walkway across the street, beside the Chicago Board of Trade. And the group abandoned the echoing "people's mic," allowing Ayers to speak naturally to the crowd of 40, who sat in rapture, registering their approval by lifting silent fingers."

Oh brother, the numbnut zombies are coming out of the woodwork.

Is this a coincidence that Obama, (who claimed that he does not have a close association with Ayers) has publicly sided with these Marxist/Anarchist, all the while Ayers has done two teach-in's to the same group?

Probably, as Obama just hired a longtime Wall Street lobbyist as his new senior campaign adviser!

Democrats Under Legal Assault by Blacks

"This is a White Man’s Country – Let the White Men Rule."
SO now with that said, I must tell you that that statement did NOT come from me.
Nor did it come from a Conservative, nor Republican, NOR the Tea Party Patriots.

No sir, No Madam!

That is a quote from 1848.
In that same year the Democratic Party’s presidential campaign ran with that slogan.
And the attitude of the DNC continued to this very day.

Reverend Wayne Perryman,  a black researcher and best-selling author has filed a class-action lawsuit against the Democratic National Committee and President Barack Obama, alleging the party has engaged in a systematic policy of racism over the years. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court in Seattle.

Perryman heads up a consulting firm that specializes in fact-finding investigations on behalf of inner-city plaintiffs who are unsuccessful in obtaining representation through law firms and community organizations.... Hmmm, unsuccessful in obtaining representation... from community organizations... Or in other words, community organizers who are lawyers.... Do we know someone like that?

Anyways, the 46-page brief lists examples illustrating 210 years of racist statements and actions by the Democratic Party. The suit begins with showing how Democratic President Andrew Johnson “carried out the Democrat agenda by attempting to veto other key pieces of Civil Rights legislation that were designed to give and protect the constitutional rights of African Americans.”

The suit cites the collective work of over 350 legal scholars and includes Congressional records, opinions from the NAACP, racist statements from Democratic elected officials, citations from speeches from by Barack Obama and other information.

Perryman said his purpose in filing the suit is to force the party to acknowledge and apologize for its racist past. “Any organization that has such a racist history and receives 97 percent of the African American vote after doing all they could to deny blacks the right to vote, should willingly apologize without being forced do so through a lawsuit. I guess they feel they have nothing to apologize for.”

Perryman also states that the defendants failed to disclose their racist history by omitting information showing that the DNC, as a party, and as individuals were opposed to abolitionists, supported the Fugitive Slave Act Laws, the Dredd Scott decision, Jim Crow laws and Black Codes in the south.

The brief also says Democrats started and supported several terrorist organizations including the Ku Klux Klan. Various Democrats also argued against the passage of the 1964 Civil rights Act.

Lyndon Johnson said, “These Negroes, they're getting pretty uppity these days and that's a problem for us since they got something now that they never had before; the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now we've got to do something about this, we've got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down; not enough to make a difference. For if we don't move at all, then their allies will line up against us and there will be no way of stopping them.... and there’ll be no way of putting a brake on all sorts of wild legislation. It'll be Reconstruction all over again.”

The brief also cites Obama’s August bus tour, noting that the President “intentionally and specifically chose to ignore and exclude cities and towns that had high black unemployment.”

Perryman filed the lawsuit on Sept. 12 and Obama and the DNC were officially served on the 14th. The plaintiffs have 60 days to respond to the suit.

Sean Penn, are you listening?

First Casualty for Support of OWS

Patricia McAllister, a substitute teacher for L.A. Unified school district, said in the video below that "I think that the Zionist Jews who are running these big banks and our Federal Reserve, which is not run by the federal government -- they need to be run out of this country," has been terminated by the district.

The LA Times has reported that Los Angeles school Supt. John Deasy condemned the alleged anti-Semitic remarks by a district employee taking part in the Occupy Los Angeles protest and said she would no longer work for the school system. And that district officials would "never stand for behavior that is disrespectful, intolerant or discriminatory."

Now two things here.

1. The LA Times calls this "allegedly made".
Allegedly? Did the LA Times reporter not understand the English language that came out of  Ms. McAllister mouth?

2. Are you wondering how many of the "Wall Street Occupiers" are actually employed? According to a face-to-face interview poll by Doug Schoen from WSJ,  roughly 85% are actually employed.
So with that said, how many will fall to their demise, as Ms. McAllister did, as their employers are surely watching all of this.

Side note here from the Schoen peice :
-The protesters have a distinct ideology and are bound by a deep commitment to radical left-wing policies.
-Our research shows clearly that the movement doesn't represent unemployed America and is not ideologically diverse. Rather, it comprises an unrepresentative segment of the electorate that believes in radical redistribution of wealth, civil disobedience and, in some instances, violence.

-All (98%) say they would support civil disobedience to achieve their goals

And lastly:
-An overwhelming majority of demonstrators supported Barack Obama in 2008

Time for Americans to PUSH BACK at these Marxist, so that we can give to our children the nation WE were born in to?
Are you willing to fight for it if this becomes another Rome protest?

Sean "Chavez" Penn Spews Lies on CNN

This is outrageous comment from the butt kissing, commie loving Sean Penn on CNN yesterday. Falling inline with Morgan Freeman, he totally mis-represents the Tea Party Patriots.

Penn abuses the 1st amendment, as many on the left say he has a right to express his opinion. He doesn't have the right to abuse the 1st amendment rights by expressing defamatory, malicious comments that he CANNOT back up and are utter false.
That's libel!

As for his Social Security comment. Here is an answer for you, Penn. We paid in to it, we are entitled to get OUR money back. It's not socialism when even the those making under poverty level contribute into SS.
Look up redistribution, Penn and get back with me.

OWS Push to Socialism- Could Get Bloody!

The Occupy Wall Street crowd is getting more media attention, day by day. Especially from the national broadcast and cable news networks.

Some have said this is 'youth who are afraid for their future and they're blaming Wall Street for their fears.'
Others say they're 'frustrated with Corporate America' and that it hasn't done enough to get jobs out there.
Or how the 1% need to pay their fair share, blah, blah, blah!
Even going as far as comparing this to the Tea Party movement of anti-bailouts, which there is a small fraction of the signs that have appeared at these never ending rallies.

All good guesses, but the tale is in the signs.
Unionization.
Anti-Capitalism
Anti-Corporations

In other words, Pro Socialism!
Pro-Revolution!

Don't believe me? Take a look at the American Communist Manifesto in Pictures album:

If You Still Question Herman Cain- Some Facts

Here is a nice fact sheet about Herman Cain and if you are on the fence about him leading our nation, you might think differently afterwords.

Here’s part of his bio:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
·         Master’s degree in Computer Science.
·         Mathematician for the Navy, where he worked on missile ballistics (making him a rocket scientist).
·         Computer systems analyst for Coca-Cola.
·         VP of Corporate Data Systems and Services for Pillsbury (this is the top of the ladder in the computer world, being in charge of information systems for a major corporation).
All achieved before reaching the age of 35. Since he reached the top of the information systems world, he changed careers!
·         Business Manager. Took charge of Pillsbury’s 400 Burger King restaurants in the Philadelphia area, which were the company’s poorest performers in the country. Spent the first nine months learning the business from the ground up, cooking hamburger and yes, cleaning toilets. After three years he had turned them into the company’s best performers.
·         Godfather’s Pizza CEO. Was asked by Pillsbury to take charge of their Godfather’s Pizza chain (which was on the verge of bankruptcy). He made it profitable in 14 months.
·         In 1988 he led a buyout of the Godfather’s Pizza chain from Pillsbury. He was now the owner of a restaurant chain. Again he reached the top of the ladder of another industry.
·         He was also chairman of the National Restaurant Association during this time. This is a group that interacts with government on behalf of the restaurant industry, and it gave him political experience from the non-politician side.
Having reached the top of a second industry, he changed careers again!
·         Adviser to the Federal Reserve System. Herman Cain went to work for the Federal Reserve Banking System advising them on how monetary policy changes would affect American businesses.
·         Chairman of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank. He worked his way up to the chairmanship of a regional Federal Reserve bank. This is only one step below the chairmanship of the entire Federal Reserve System (the top banking position in the country). This position allowed him to see how monetary policy is made from the inside, and understand the political forces that impact the monetary system.
After reaching the top of the banking industry, he changed careers for a fourth time!
·         Writer and public speaker. He then started to write and speak on leadership. His books include Speak as a Leader, CEO of Self, Leadership is Common Sense, and They Think You’re Stupid.
·         Radio Host. Around 2007—after a remarkable 40 year career—he started hosting a radio show on WSB in Atlanta (the largest talk radio station in the country).

He did all this starting from rock bottom.
But Professor Elizabeth Warren says “there is nobody in this country who got rich on his own. Nobody!"
OPPS, guess the Professor needs more schooling on facts!

When you add up his accomplishments in his life—including reaching the top of three unrelated industries: information systems, business management, and banking—Herman Cain may have the most impressive resume of anyone that has run for the presidency in the last half century.

The man is not part of the political elite that THINKS they know how to fix things. He's a man that is well established as a business leader, committed to shrinking the size of government, make the US business friendly and will drive foreign investment back to America and make American business (and the global economy) thrive once again.

From Welfare to Millionaire

This story is a true American success story.
This young lady pulled herself up by the boot straps and made something of her life.

She made the decision that she didn't need to stay on the Government dole anymore.

She woke up and found the American entrepreneur inside her and went for the brass ring.

THIS is the reason America is the land of opportunity, and not by occupying Wall Street and demanding a better life from others.

This is how each and every one of us can find prosperity. Alls you need to do is have the will to seek it and not by government engineering it.

From Sarah B. Weir-Yahoo
Trisha Waldron was 28 years old when she realized that the life she had drifted into was a dead end. She had gone from being a daughter to a wife to having her first baby at 22. Now single and barely surviving on food stamps in the Black Hills of South Dakota, she had no college degree, no work experience to speak of, and no clear idea of what to do with the rest of her life. She owned a tiny two-bedroom house from her divorce, and she had her two lovely little girls, ages four and six, but that was about it.

You can create your own life

One afternoon, volunteering at her daughters’ school, she heard a teacher tell the kids, “You can create your own life.” That sentence changed everything. As she puts it, “I knew I had to take responsibility for my own life. I had been running it according to others and things hadn’t worked out very well.”

She applied for a student loan and went back to school. The first year, she and her girls lived on welfare, food stamps, and odd jobs, but the second year, an opportunity presented itself and she grabbed it. An artist friend offered her a job assembling jewelry for a mail order catalogue in her spare time. She knew it wouldn’t be easy: she’d be in school all day, taking care of the kids in the evening, and then have to work late into the night at her kitchen table, but she’d be working for herself and be able to get off welfare.

Having a job and being in school built up Trisha’s confidence and she eventually proposed to the owner of the catalogue that she design his entire line of jewelry. She says, “As an entrepreneur you are always going to be confronted by things you don’t know, but you can’t let it stop you.” She went to the library and dove into teaching herself the basics of jewelry design as well as exploring Native American motifs from which she would draw inspiration. She recalls that she didn’t get a lot of sleep in those days.

Growing the business

Her business moved from the kitchen table to the garage where she installed a wood stove to keep it warm against the bitter South Dakota weather. Still, she had to work in gloves and a heavy coat during the winter. After two years, she decided she was ready for an even greater challenge and, in 1985, incorporated her own company.

From the beginning, Trisha was as excited by the cultures that informed her jewelry designs as she was by the final product. She learned the world was a whole lot bigger than Rapid City, South Dakota. She forged relationships with bead and stone vendors from Africa, India, and China.

Looking back, she says those relationships and the ones she developed with her staff made all the difference for the long-term success of her business. She explains, “At first, I had a super aggressive, take-no-prisoners approach. I might have gained something for myself but I wasn’t very nice to those around me. Eventually, I learned that you draw power as a woman in business by being compassionate and inclusive. This way, you can make long and loyal relationships.”

Her first million

After only five years in business, she had made her first million. But, as Trisha remembers, “Getting there was incredibly challenging, I learned by trial and error, I cried a lot. But I lived simply and didn’t need much to survive. I was in a small town and hired my girlfriends to help me. My neighbors pitched in with the kids. My big break came in 1987 when the catalogue of the Smithsonian Institution started featuring my work.”

Helping others to help themselves

After winning the Smithsonian as a client, Trisha was able to move out of the garage into a proper jewelry studio. Other catalogues, such as the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, started picking up the line. When things got busy, she would hire as many as 40 other women, mostly single moms, to fabricate her designs out of their homes--just as she had when she first started.

In 2006, after over 20 years in business, Trisha sold her company to an employee and retired to California with her second husband.

Trisha’s advice for people who want to start their own businesses:

• Your responsibility is to be clear about your vision. Then you can ask others to help.

• There is a lot of assistance out there for entrepreneurs if you look for it: I learned bookkeeping from a volunteer group of retired accountants.

• Surround yourself with people who support you. A lot of people said I was crazy to start my own business as a single mom. But I had a few people who believed in me.

• Be okay with the knowledge that you won’t know how to do everything right away and trust that you can learn.

• Create a “mastermind group” – 2 or 3 people who are willing to have you bounce ideas off them every few weeks. I kept my group going for 10 years.

• Realize it will be hard, and accept that.

GREAT JOB, TRISHA, AN AMERICAN PROSPERITY SUCCESS!

Democracy Denied

Democracy Denied is a guide to understanding and defeating the radical agenda that President Barack Obama is implementing by unilateral regulatory action through his agencies and czars.

This is a must read book. Even though you and I might be living it, it is a perpetual insight of Obama's agenda to march the nation to an engineered Social Society, regardless of who controls congress.
As we are fully aware of, he is backdooring "rules" utilize executive powers.

This is a powerful message, a powerful read.

Constitutionally, he has no authority to execute executive power be on the law.
And though there is no Constitutional provision or statute that explicitly permits Executive Orders, there is a vague grant of "executive power" given in Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 of the Constitution, and furthered by the declaration "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed" made in Article II, Section 3, Clause 4.

The Occupy Whiners on Wall Street

As the Wall Street protester enter their 3 week of... well, protesting Capitalism, it's beginning to get pretty mundane to hear and see their message.

Their message,
Wall street is to blame for our economy.
Capitalism is to blame for our economy.
Greedy corporation are to blame for our economy

Here is a fine example of how the liberal media is playing in to the BS from these progressive lazy asses.

Washington Times interviews this putz (While another liberal mocks Fox News).

“I think a good deal of the bankers should be in jail.”
That is what Andrew Cole, an unemployed 24-year-old graduate of Bucknell University, told me Monday morning in Zuccotti Park, the epicenter of the Occupy Wall Street movement. Mr. Cole, an articulate young man dressed in jeans, a sweatshirt and with a blue wool beanie on his head, had just arrived by bus from Madison, Wis., where he recently lost his job.
Articulate??? To join a movement that seeks to destroy our way of life in American, the way it always had been and has worked the best, is not being articulate. It's being naive. He might speak well, but hasn't a clue on what was the match that lit the fuse of the 2008 financial collapse of the economy. The Federal Government, with its Community Reinvestment Act
But capitalism is obvious what he was taught as to whom is to be blamed, at Bucknell and by the organizers of the Occupy Wall Street, Unions!
Mr. Cole. He said he had come to participate in Occupy Wall Street because he believed in its “anticapitalist” message. “I see Wall Street as responsible for the mess we’re in.”
Need I say more? anticapitalist..... until he finds another capitalist job, which he should be doing right now, instead of spending his last paycheck heading from Wisconsin (union Madison, that is) to New York.

Some more signs from this organized movement that show another goal. That is Counter-Tea Party movement.
Fed up with this BS?
I AM!

What are YOU going to do?
I'd like to see this nation raise up against the socialist and their handlers before people get the impression that this is GOOD for America.
I'd like to be a part of a Clean Out the Trash Occupying Wall Street movement and confront them and bring to an end of blaming Wall Street employees, who only make $40-50K a year.
Then pack them on a bus and ship them to Washington, to confront the REAL culprits!
Then go home and spend quality time LOOKING for work.

Another 'Power' Grab Attempt by the Feds

Socialism is still alive and well in the Obama administration.

As reported on Fox News, the Federal government is attempting to seize control over power line projects, usually reserved for utility companies working with state and local officials.

The Obama administration is looking to consolidate control over the nation's power highway, pushing a proposal that would put one federal agency in the driver's seat when it comes to reviewing and approving power-line projects across the country.
The proposal has triggered a outcry of complaints, pitting the federal government against concerned citizens and local lawmakers.

The states, which along with local governments have long had authority over whether and where power lines get built, derided the plan as a move that would make it harder for local residents to weigh in.
"It turns the whole process on its head," said Robert Thormeyer, spokesman with the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners. He said the federal government would be "more inclined to build" than the states, if for no other reason than they probably wouldn't have as much interaction with citizens. A bureaucrat in Washington might not hear the not-in-my-backyard pleas as frequently as a bureaucrat in, say, Boise.

Sen. Jeff Bingaman, D-N.M., who helped write a 2005 law that initially expanded federal power over power lines, complained about the plan in a letter to Energy Secretary Steven Chu.

The chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee said it appears the commission is trying to "rewrite" the language in the law. He said that's a decision for Congress, not the commission, to make.
The move, he wrote, "would pave the way for the commission to use the newly consolidated powers in ways never intended by Congress."

Under the law, the Department of Energy was tasked with studying where transmission lines were needed most. Then the FERC was given the power to grant construction permits in those areas under certain circumstances, including if a state withheld approval for more than a year.
Successful court challenges, though, have since blocked the federal government from exercising that authority.

Yet another law that needs repeal!
