Obama Ad. Grants Citizenship to Cat 2 Terror Convicts

Three people convicted of crimes as a result of a terrorism-related investigation by the Department of Justice (DOJ) were later naturalized as U.S. citizens by the Obama administration, according to federal auditors.
The March 2011 audit (released on April 21, 2011) by the Government Accountability Office (GAO), entitled Criminal Alien Statistics: Information on Incarcerations, Arrests and Costs, shows that three individuals were among “defendants where the investigation involved an identified link to international terrorism but they were charged with violating other statutes [not directly related to terrorism], including fraud, immigration, drugs, false statements, and general conspiracy charges,” referred by DOJ as Category II terrorism-related cases.


The three individuals in question can be found in a DOJ list of unsealed terrorism-related investigations conducted from Sept. 11, 2001 through Mar. 18, 2010. There are 403 defendants on that list of which, according to the GAO.

Staff members of GAO's Homeland Security and Justice team who worked on the audit told CNSNews.com in an e-mail that the three individuals were naturalized as U.S. citizens under President Barack Obama.

“One of the individuals was naturalized in late 2009.  The other two were naturalized in 2010,” says the e-mail from the GAO.

“Based upon our analysis of USCIS and DOJ data, three of the individuals on the DOJ list received U.S. citizenship after their convictions,” stated the GAO audit report. “Two were convicted of unlawful production of an identity document and one was convicted of transferring funds out of the country in violation of U.S. sanctions.”

The GAO report was requested by Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa), chairman of the House Judiciary Immigration and Policy Enforcement Subcommittee, and Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.), ranking member of that panel.

In a press release about the report, King's office highlighted that "three individuals on DOJ's list of convictions resulting from international terrorism investigations were granted citizenships after their convictions" as a “key” finding of the GAO audit.

Obama and Eric Holder are completely incompetent. Holder needs to stepdown!

The PhotoShop Heard Round the World

As I posted yesterday, the Obama birth certificate produced Wednesday is not going away.

It's becoming more and more evident as people look at this birth certificate that there really is something very odd about it.


Even without PhotoShops Illustrator you can see several pieces of type that are out of place and look like they just shouldn't be there.

The last '1' in the upper right hand number.

The 'X' in the box on 7e
The 'S' in Stanley in box 13
The 'K' in Kansas in box 16
The 'Non' in None on 17a
The 'AUG -8 196' in AUG -8 1961 in Box 20 and 22

It's Finally Over... Or Is It?

Well yesterday Obama finally released what some people here in this country have been asking for.
A copy of Obama's Birth Certificate.

So there it is.
Looks legit.
Even if you downloaded from the Whitehouse website you can make out the seal, which usually resided on the backside of the Hawaiian certification.

This, however doesn't stop here,by some. So my guess is, it's not over.

There are some questionable issues with this, as pointed out by Karl Denninger 
Karl points out some interesting points here, which I will present here.


Mother's "occupation" - the "Non" on "None" has been altered.  What was there before it was tampered with?

The "Accepted date" (bottom right) has been altered.  What was there before it was tampered with?

And last but not least: There's another problem with those dates too - they're clearly altered, as is the "None"; here's a well-enhanced (at 1200%) version of one of the dates; you can clearly see the difference in saturation.  That was cut into the original picture folks.

To actually see some of these crop marks on the Whitehouse copy, you'll have to download Illustrator But Karl has already done the work for you.

I am not a Birther, nor am I Believer, I am inquisitive... So I want some answers.
I really only have two questions.
Why did it take him nearly 3 years to bring this out, AND
Why did he spend nearly $2,000,000 to hide THIS???
Questions, in my mind, that still needs to be answered.

WikiLeaks: Padilla Met With KSM

TRIBUNE WASHINGTON BUREAU -- A U.S. military document posted on the internet Monday by WikiLeaks reports that former Chicago gang member Jose Padilla met with the mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, in 2002 and was ordered to find a terrorist target in Chicago.

Mohammed “directed Padilla to travel to Chicago, Illinois, rent an apartment, and initiate a natural gas explosion to cause the building to collapse,” said one document. Padilla also was told to explore “the feasibility of an operation to set fire to a hotel or gas station” in the United States.

The Obama administration, while noting that the postings by the WikiLeaks website include authentic U.S. documents, has criticized their release.

The document states that Abu Zubaydah, a top Al Qaeda operative now in U.S. custody in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, sent Padilla and Binyam Ahmed Mohammed to a Karachi, Pakistan, guesthouse for about one week. There they met with Khalid Shaikh Mohammed to “discuss future operations in the U.S.,” the document says.

Padilla was told to rent an apartment in Chicago, and Binyam Ahmed Mohammed was ordered to “join Padilla in Chicago on this mission,” according to the document.
Padilla flew to Chicago on May 8, 2002, and was immediately arrested at O’Hare International Airport. At the time, officials said he was suspected of coming to the U.S. to scout targets for a radioactive “dirty bomb” explosion.

A U.S. citizen born in Brooklyn and raised in Chicago, Padilla later was prosecuted not in the dirty bomb case but for conspiring to kill people overseas. He was sentenced to 17 years and four months in prison.

In February, a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit in which Padilla said he was illegally held and tortured while in U.S. custody. After his arrest, Padilla was declared an “enemy combatant” and held in a Navy jail in South Carolina for more than three years. His lawyers charge that he was waterboarded.
